They are well cleaned each day and the hotel is in a fantastic location right by the beach but then again so are most of the hotels in the Chaweng area. The staff in the bar / restaurant are rude, horrible and you are made to feel like an inconvenience whenever you make an order. The staff also overcharged us for our meal and then refused to acknowledge their mistake. I was really disappointed with my stay here this time. I stayed here 7 years ago and have to say that this resort has gone downhill the rooms have clearly not been maintained and now look a bit tired inside, fixtures inside are falling apart and look dated. Unlike my last stay the staff are unhelpful and offer a poor service (probably why during this stay the bar / restaurant was mostly empty when the neighbouring resorts were busy). Dont stay here its not worth the money there are much nicer resort, similarly priced along the same beach and the room at the other resorts are bigger as room here are tiny.
