Hotel back yard is direct entry to beach.

room was big but then a/c was making a lot of noice. Poor lighting in the room does not allow you to read even maps.

Very nice hotel, lots of friendly helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Only slighly removed from noiser pubs down the beach, but still remains quiet. Staff willing to help organise trips and the like, not all front of house staff have good english, but will
always find one.
Travel tip:
Very close to nightlife of koh samui, beach busy with sellers can be very pushy

The meneger and staff of the hotel give a really horrible attitude
The pictures for the association really not fit reality, the rooms were really small and take note why that ther are not even pictures of the shower, that shower looks like your worst nightmare.
Sheets on the bed with cigarette holes in the middle of them room were pebbles with a hole in the floor in the shower.
The room is inviting the Association receive a lesser level Gasthaus.
Having seen this room, we tried to talk with the owner of the hotel to upgraded us, and we had to add a lot of money for upgrading to the normal room
Even in after upgrading a lot of things did not work and were broken: the air conditioner was rattling like a tractor, the shower had its own mood and hot water once again cold, in bed were two sets of pads do not match my company a small pillow and me a big cushion.
המנהל וצוות של המלון נותנים יחס ממש מזוויע התמונות באתר אל אגודה ממש לא תואמות את המציאות ,החדרים היו ממש קטנים ושימו לב שאין תמונות של המקלחות ,כי המקלחת נראת כמו הסיוט הכי גדול שלכם. המצעים על המיטה היום עם חורים של סיגריות ,באמצע החדר היו חלוקי נחל עם חור בריצפה בדרך למקלחת . החדר שהמזמינים מאגודה מקבלים הינו ברמה פחותה מגסטהאוס. לאחר שראינו שזה החדר ,ניסינו לדבר עם בעל המלון לשדרג אותנו ,והייינו צריכים להוסיף המון כסף לשידרוג לחדר נורמאלי גם בחדר לאחר השידרוג המון דברים לא פעלו והיו שבורים : המזגן הרעיש כמו טרקטור ,למקלחת היה מצב רוח משלה פעם מיים חמים ופעם קרים ,במיטה היו 2 סטים של כריות לא תואמות לחברה שלי כרית קטנה ולי כרית גדולה . מחירי האינטרנט היו ממש גבוהים . אחרינו ביררנו וגילינו שיש עוד 2 זוגות שהגיעו אחרינו והייתה להם את אותה בעיה ,עם התמונות של המלון באתר של אגודה. גילינו שאם אתה מזמין משהו מהבר של הבריכה המחיר שאתה משלם יוצא כפול כי אתה צריך לשלם אחרי המחיר של המשקאות עוד 17% מס ובסוף עוד 7 אחוז של שירות שאתה מחוייב לשלם, ככה שיוצא שאתה משלם כפול על משקה מהמחיר ההתחלתי שלו. מה שבמלונות אחרים המחיר ההתחלתי והסופי היה קטן בחצי. והחדרים היקרים ששלימנו עליהם גם היו פחות מפוארים מהחדרים במלונות

The standard room was smelly and stuffy. We found two roaches when we first came in the room. We weren't happy until we upgraded to one of their prime rooms.

Hotel staff could have been more very friendly, hotel pool is nice and restaurant had good seafood at the beach. Hotel has own beach and chairs.
Negative was that first room we got had no power and was not clean, towels were missing, but staff agreed to change the room.
Room had a spacious balcony.

Great location. Not an ideal resort for kids to stay at. Rooms very small, no tea/coffee, limited drinking water and rooms very dated and old, our hot water needed to be turned on and very limited. Beach very close but not ideal to swim at.
Travel tip:
Great for a quick overnight stay if you want to visit Chaweng Beach but wouldnt stay any longer, right in the middle of shopping strip and restuarants.
