Good room, best location on the beach. This was a pretty good stay for the price. I stayed at Island resort last time but wanted a better section of beach further south. Pools were both nice. The breakfast was good as well. Next samui trip I will probably stay here again. The front desk was helpful in booking tours.

Close to the beach, and the centre of Chaweng for nightlife and resturants.
Polite staff clean rooms Building work being carried out made it very noisy in the room in the day time
Too many of the beach loungers are broken I stayed in Al's resort just after Sonkran. this is the second time I have stayed, the hotel is great for the beach and the pool is very good withh apaddling pool for young children. The hotel is ideally situated for the resturants and nightlife of chaweng. The staff are polite, the rooms though basic are clean and tidy.
However my stay this time was marred by building works being carried out with constant jackhammer going on most of the day, make sure this work has finished before going.

สถานที่ติดหาด เดินนิดเดียวก็ถึงหาดแล้ว สระว่ายน้ำก็ไม่เล็ก ห้องอาหารก็ดีค่ะ อุปกรณ์ในห้องอาจเก่าไปหน่อยถ้าเทียบกับราคา และพนักงาน front ไม่ค่อยสุภาพ ภาพรวมโรงแรมดูดีใช้ได้ อาจหาทางเข้ายากนิดนึง แต่ก็มี Tops supermarket อยู่ตรงข้างหน้า โรงแรมติดหาด ทำให้เดินไปเล่นน้ำได้สะดวก ห้องพักก็อยู่ในระดับ Ok ให้ 3 ดาวละกันสำหรับห้องพัก แต่ภาพรวมเรื่อง Location หรืออื่นๆก็ได้ 4 ดาวค่ะ
Restaurant Tip : มื้อค่ำ แนะนำให้เดินมาดูที่ชายหาดค่ะ จะได้เจอร้าน seafood ที่น่าทานหลายร้าน อย่าเดินไปทาง Tops ค่ะ

location is great as it is near a grocery store and to the happening street; very nice pools; nice staff; good price and value for money; nice room in the new wing dining room for breakfast is very warm and stuffy in general, i enjoyed my stay in al's resort, samui very much. For the price, you get a nice room in the new wing of the resort. The staff members are friendly and there are two pools which are very nice, that do not get too crowded. the rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathroom is bright and large enough
Shopping Tip : there is a grocery store open late nearby.

Customer-oriented service. The room i booked was not available, so I was upgrated without any surcharge. I found this very appreciable The breakfast might be improved. Central located in Chanweng, but well isolated from the main road, so it offers a good privacy. The new deluxe rooms in the courtyard facility are great, as well as the new small swimmingpool. Resort offer motorbike rental services at a competitive price, so don't waste time looking around. I would definitely recommend.

the room was very big, and nice, the pool was nice and decent size as well pool is a bit smelly, i think the septic tank is very near by. i was in a suite and 4 nights so it was very big, and nice, however, the toitel and shower was quite small. the lounge and living size is really big, furnite is new, our room was right next to the pool, and has nice pool view.
The whole resort is very new, and clean. I would come back and stay here again.

the new courtyard rooms are really nice and spacious, enough sun chairs at the beach and the pool, the second pool in between the courtyard rooms is really nice as it is quiet and there usually aren't many people, breakfast is good and big the staff is really nice and helpful, except one receptionist that doesn't seem aware that she is working in the service industry - very unhelpful and she even got kind of angry when she found out that i booked a tour through a travel agent and not the hotel
seems a bit overpriced as the restaurant looks like it is still under construction (which it is not) and the pool area could use a refurbishment Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : check out the leelawadee spa at the beach road - it offers the same prices as all the other massage parlors, but it looks and feels like a first class spa

Near to beach and located at the central of Chaweng. Small room and looks old. The hotel staffs are friendly but the room was small. But the good point is they centrally located to town and beach. If u plan to rent a motorbike, don't waste time searching around, ask directly to the hotel as the charge is 250Baht/day as others motorbike rental charge outside hotel and some of them need to keep ur passport for rent their motorbike. Maybe u can find some cheaper rental but don't bother the 100Baht as u need to bargain and search for long time.
Restaurant Tip : Try dinner at Ark Bar along beach side. Nice environment.

in the heart of Chaweng Beach, very convenient to eat and shop. Day time reception is not helpful and not friendly. We stayed in the Garden Room, very old and facilities were broken (e.g. telephone and the toilet flush). We arrived at around 7pm on 9th Dec and we had booked day-tour through agent in website in advance but the reception told the agent that we had no show. As a result, we missed the day tour the next day. The staff there was really irresponsible and this mess-up our plan. There were new rooms (with new swimming pool) still under final renovation, that side is quite modern and nice, we suggest to stay at the new rooms rather than the old garden rooms.

I stayed at Deluxe Garden room. The room was nice and clean. There is supermarket and restaurants around the hotel. Hotel is now building new rooms and construction site is very close from my room, it was only about 10-15 meters away. Noise lasts from 8 am to 5 or 6 pm. During these times you cannot stay in the room and need to go somewhere. Before making reservation, you'd better check when they finish construction.

Hotel location. One of the best along the beach. The staff (waiters) has to improve. They only are kind when the men in charge are present.
The rooms are dirty looking cause they are very old and full of insects.
The stuff in general is worth of changing it almost all, specially at the lounge or breakfast area and the hammocks (never seen in my life).
