Convenient location with a lot of Activities
Good location with all the dinning, shopping and services required by tourist.

The room is comfotable and clean. But the room opposite balcony is a bit near.
The noise at the bar/beach could be disturbing if the room is near by.
The breakfast is good.
We can enjoy 3 pools of different crowds.
The night party or dinning at the beach at night is something to remember.

fabulous place to stay if you like music and like me cannot be bothered sight seeing,the staff are all very friendly and the hotel has quiet areas for families to enjoy during the day and also a great pool bar if like me you enjoy to party .wednesday is a very good day there with dj and a free bbq .
the bar prices are reasonable and the service is efficient

hotel was fantastic- although no beach view we were three doors down from the swimming pool and beach. the hotel restaurant and bar was amazing- beds on the beach and great food and service (although lots of beach sellers approaching the tables). pool was lovely and cool with plenty of sunbeds and the room was small but very comfortable and decorated well.

Had a great stay. Wish it could have been longer!A 3 minute walk to Soi Green Mango, the nightlife lane. Great for shopping as well as it's right smack on the tourist stretch. Value for money, great views and good people.

Great location but bad service and small rooms!
At the heart of Chaweng and close to the beach

My friends and i went in a group of 5 and booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. At the reception we were asked to add another bed for night as there were 5 of us. Quite absurd i would say. The bed is big enough for 3 person. The staff at the reception was rude and forced one of my friend to leave his bag with them fearing he would be spending the night there so we just abide. In the end, they deducted money by force for the extra bed from our deposit of room. Just like that.
The aircond wasn't functioning well and was producing hot air. It was like a sauna! We went down and requested for a new room. The same rude staff told us to wait for 15-20 mins..refusing to let us change to another room. After the wait, it still is producing hot air. All in all had to walk up and down for 3 times just to prove that the aircond isn't functioning well. We finally got to change to another room.
Pleasant stay only thanks to the location. I would recommend to stay in another hotel around Ark Bar.

Great place for party goers

we were pleased with our stay and the hotel must have been the only fully booked hotel in chaweng beach. we hadn't realised that it was a beach club too, but this works in our favour as the music didn't disturb us at night and we didn't have to travel far for the nightlife. the pools and beach were very nice and the food was good and not too expensive. the only downside was that the dance music was relentless from mid morning til the early hours and loud. this, for us, started to great after a while. the beach parties on wed and fri are one of the highlights on samui for young people.

Clean tidy and convenient for beach and nightlife
Perfectly located to beach with excellent pool, bar and restaurant facilities

the hotel was cheap and very clean. it provides excellent facilities being set on the nearby beach. it also boasts an excellent pool which is clean and refreshing. the bar / restaurant offers affordable food of a very good standard with a large variety always on offer. the staff are warm and friendly. once a week a free bbq is offered and is very good indeed. if you can cope with the beach sellers and their tat, which is common to all hotels and facilities on the beachfront you will find no better value for money hotel in koh samui. convenient and close to the bubbling bars and clubs and excellent local restaurants.

Nice Hotel with a great location

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the beach scene was excellent and i found the late night atmosphere to be more low key which was excellent.
i was thrilled with the size of the suite and was grateful that the room was a good distance from the party area especially when trying to sleep.
the only thing i found annoying was the fact that our room was always cleaned so late in the afternoon, but it did not diminish our experience.
all in all great room at a great value with an excellent beach location.
