none .. literally nothing. This is the worst hotel stay

Cleanliness non existent hygiene none existenet staff performace non existence hotel location far out from main tourist attraction food and beverage very poor street seller food better no consideration for staff saftey or health

One of teh worst hotels I have ever experinced. I paid extra on checking in and checked out before the end of my reservation as the hotel was appauling manager was not bothered in the condition of hotel after i showed him the photographs I had to ring the vice president of the hotel group (buddy hotels) to get a clearer reponse which was also inadequate. This is not a hotel that any consumer should be subjected to.

Nightlife Tip : Hire a motorbike for 150baht poer day and explore the island yourself forget the taxis as they charge too much for short distances .. max you should pay is 50 baht and more let them go

Superb and silent, calm location at only 3 kms from Chaweng city center. Bungalows are situated on a hill, but there is free and quick transport by a electric golf caddy.

Doors between room and bathroom are very noisy and halls open, so in the bathroom=toilet, you do not feel yourself in privacy. Service in beach restaurant is friendly but poor. Food is ok. Service at Reception desk, is professional and quick, but without the famous Thai smile. During my stay of 3 days, they could not print, because cartridge was empty.

For me this is not a 3.5 star, but 2.5 to 3 stars. Drinks are too expensive. Laundry service was quick, cheap and good. Hotel taxi was extremely expensive, but this is a general problem at Koh Samui.(nobody use taximeter) The offer to book excursions at reception desk was very limited, so you have to go to city center. Breakfast was royal but only available at restaurant near the busy road.

Shopping Tip : A little far from city center, but you cannot have silence and calm and live in the city center.

The service, location, and guest services.

No shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Since the moment we were dropped off the employees at our place were very welcoming. We were quite impressed by the overall beauty of the place and felt quite comfortable the entire time. We loved the location, as it was just a short drive from Chaweng beach as well as Big Buddha just north from the airport. The ameneties were great and the morning breakfast was second to none. The resteraunt at night was fantastic. It had a great menu with very reasonable prices. The hotel was also very close to the airport and the hotel offered a shuttle from the hotel back to the airport. For the price, this hotel is very hard to beat. I would recommend it to anyone staying on this amazing island.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you spend a little time at and around Big Buddha. It is their largest place of worship on the island and it truly incredible.

The bed was nice and the room not to bad. The position of the room was on a slop and can not be recomended for people with waking problem

The hotel should be more service minded. We ask them when we checked in if it was posible to orderd food and some thing to drink at the pool side. They sayed that this not was any problem. We orderd food and drinks to the pool bat it never come!!

This hotel should not be recomended from me. The pool was not clean and when we comment this to the manager not much happen. They send down one from the staff to take away some leaf and som other small thing. The pool was still not clean. There was a lot of Algiers around the in side of the pool.

private, quiet, good location

might be to far out of chaweng for some, restaurant wasnt great

This hotel was a nice little suprise. On the cliffs in between chaweng and lamai its a bit out of the craziness of chaweng. Room was nice and the staff looked after us and gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Good spot to explore the island from and a little more private than the hotels in chaweng

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hiring a scooter is way cheaper than getting taxis around samui. Make sure you know what your doing though

Nothing absolutely. Turned up on arrival to be told they didn't have a room for us-but this was booked and paid for six months prior-this was a blessing though, they sent us elsewhere further out!!-then asked for us to return 2 days later for our remaining stay.

We had booked Villa, this was totally at the end away from anything, our very tiny balcony view was looking at about 30 x dirty filled bin liners with 14 inch lizard roaming on our roof and eating the rubbish. Our balcony was covered in mould as was our bathroom walls and shower curtain....I demanded to be moved and it was only because I was in reception when four other persons were complaining they moved us reluctantly.

nice quite beach

Not really convenient to get food, no much to do around the beach.

The hotel is quite far away from Chaweng beach, but nice and quite, if you are looking for something getaway time, this hotel is the right choice. We stayed there for three nights, food at hotel restaurant not quite good, you can walk outisde stree or take hotel shutle bus to the down, there are many nice restaurants out there.

Quiet, beautiful views of ocean, lovely day spa, two nice pools, nice big bathrooms.

Front reception were not very helpful, hotel is too far away from Chaweng beach to walk. Paths around the hotel are steep and can be tiring to walk around - however little carts are available to give lifs to and from recption.

Quite good value for money. Quiet little hotel out of town for people that want to relax around the pool, take in the views, use the day spa etc. Hotel is a good tuk tuk ride out of town/Chaweng beach. Would not recommend this hotel too anyone elderly, unfit or with knee/hip problems etc due to the steep paths that you have to walk several times a day. Most people will experience sore legs within a few days.

Restaurant Tip : Nice restaurant called Dr Frogs is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
