The hotel landscape is not friendly for toddlers or senior people. Very steep, room are far from reception area. If you are dressed up in heels- think twice. They have a buggy as transportation but not all staff are that accommodating to drive you around.
- Restaurant Tip : Go to Zazen to experience Great dining & great food. Breakfast was superb. Dinner ambience- very romantic.

- Hotel Feature Tip : When getting room with private jacuzzi, request for the ones furthest out at the corner. These have the full seaview.

Overall a solid resort with good food and nice staff. But the beach is not very nice. It is far away from the happening chaweng beach.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go to chaweng beach for your travel arrangements. They are cheaper.
