Groups Israel, February 17, 2013	impolite staff, hotel far from everywhere private beach 5.3 the hotel is beautiful, quiet and has nice private beach. on the downside, the hotel is very far from any activity\population\shopping area, the hotel do have transport service and a very cheap one, but it leaves the hotel at 11 AM and returns at 17:00, and some times not come at all. the prices at the restaurants are expensive, and the biggest disadvantage is the behavior of the crew, most of them don't speak English, they are not in a hurry to understand what you want so simply most of the time they don't give a damn, impolite and un-eager to help.
