I am surprised that the pool and bar area wasn’t used more by other guests as it was really nice. The hotel staff were accommodating, especially our housekeeping and the security out the front. Check in & out was quite slow (computers I think)The restaurant is nice, we ate there a couple times and never had a bad meal. Best Green Chkn Curry I have ever had. Breakfast buffet is very good if included a tad expensive if it isn’t and you are a light eater. Room service was very fast. The spa was relaxing and reasonably priced. The location is not close enough to chaweng to walk (especially as there is no footpath) but security will flag down tuktuk or taxi at any time. The mini bar was well stocked but there is also a convenience store reasonably close to pick up essentials. We had a couple twin share rooms, the beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms weren’t big but I thought they were lovely. Overall the hotel was nice and I wouldn’t run screaming if I was made to stay there again.

Overall a good stay.
Nice view from balcony, walking distance to the beach, however, do not swim in the sea as the sea bed is full of sea urchins & I almost step on one.

when we go to the restaurant we never get the menu, we left after 10 min
when we wanted a pool towel we where told that there was no left.. i expect more from a 5 star hotel.
the day we should check out at 12, they called us at 8 in the morning and expected that we should leave the room. very annoying when still sleep.

Beautiful looking resort. Standard experience..

We only stayed 1 night, service at dinner was very poor.. Given a butter knife to cut my steak. Only had one steak so my husband had to miss out. He also had his phone stolen from having to use the lobby for wifi - no in room wifi was frustrating. And no security in lobby was also frustrating. The manager was helpful but the staff were pretty under trained in customer service. Moo at the bar has lovely and friendly and the pool was nice.
