Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

very nice bungalow, private beach is very quite.
Hotel Spa worth to try thought the price is affordable.
a bit far away from town, no 7/11 near by.
breakfast has limited choices.
Very suitable for pure relax, during the 4 nights stay, we are the only couple that from asia (beside all the staff), the hotel is very far from airport and 2 main beach, but they had arrange good transportation at very reasonable price (even cheaper than taking taxi). The room is little bit too simple (TV is not LCD, no free wi-fi, no tooth brush). The Thai food of the resturant in the hotel is nice and cheap, and they have different dinner theme every day, if thinking all little bored stay same resturant everyday, may try to call the hotel that next to our hotel, normally they provide free pick-up / delivery.
overall suitable for couple (or even family) that won't shopping / clubing too much, pure relax.

warm and helpful hotel staff, nice room, nice food and lots of animals. Value for money.
not a good place for people who can not walk up and down. Private beach but not that sandy.
We had been received warmly by the hotel staff. Initally we had booked for a sea view room but the guest in that room would not move out for some reason. they had therefore upgraded us to a private pool room, very nice, quiet and private, we had a lovely time in the room only. Would definetly like to come back and chill for couple of weeks.

Such a disappointment. From the pictures on the website i was expecting something special. Our greeting and arrival was great but then it slid downhill from there. We booked a deluxe seaview villa. The room was small and dated and only caught the seaview along the horizon. The bathroom had a funny smell coming from the drains and there were ants all over the floor and benches. The biggest let down was the food, but because the resort is so far from anywhere you have no choice but to eat there unless u catch the long shuttle bus ride to one of the main beaches. There's nothing to do at night time as the rooms don't have dvd or cd players, so once again you have to catch the shuttle. The spa isn't that great either. The therapists chatted in Thai consistently thru our couples treatment, and my manicure and pedicure result was uneven and some of my nails were different shapes and the polish wsn't even. If i had my time again, i'd stay at another hotel. It might cost more, but after you add up all the shuttle bus and taxi fares and wasted money on terrible food, it'd work out pretty even.
Restaurant Tip : The Cliff Restaurant between Chaweng and Lamai and
Betelnut Restaurant at Buri Rasa Resort. The best food!
