Good location, on the beach and close to town Run down, poor maintenance, service poor due to lack of staff,Thai massage service not available I stayed at this hotel before and was there with a friend who had been there more than 10 times before.
We wont go back. The hotel is run down, and while we dont blame the staff ( they were friendly) the service was poor. New management seems to be the problem.
Restaurant Tip : There's a really good Italian restaurant close to the hotel on the opposite side of the road as you walk into town. Sorry but i cant remeber the name but its good food,good service and good value for money

A clean and very nice hotel. We would definitely consider coming back if we visit Koh Samui again. The location was perfect, nice beach and a calm section but yet very close (walking distance) to the center. One of the nicest beach bars.
Restaurant Tip : Most people go south towards the center for dining, etc., but we would strongly recommend walking north along the beach where you find some very nice resturants and bars which are more family style.
