Great location in South Chaweng Beach

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location for the price. Good tour options in the lobby, they arrange everything for you. And the cheapest airport transfer of any of the resorts we stayed at. The breakfast could use a makeover, too much catering to western tastes, could have had more/better selection and a lot more Thai/Asian dishes. There was a lot of construction on the North side of the property as they renovated and re-poured foundations and break walls from flood damage during last months storms. Should be nice when they are done. Property is a little dated, but didn't matter to us.
Restaurant Tip:
In the afternoon the vendors gather on the south side of the beach, excellent grilled chicken legs, beef, and squid. Get some grilled corn and either a coconut or Chang to wash it down.. makes a great afternoon on the beach.

Nice hotel at a great beach
beach, service level of staff, rooms (we were in the main buidling) were ok

arrival in the night, lobby was staffed and people were nice and friendly.
check in was easy and fast. We had booked a hotel room in the main building (there are also nice bungalows). The room was ok but not exciting.
The hotel is together with some hotels nearby and few restaurants (but ok restaurants from italian, english pub to thai restaurant) a little lonley if being without moto. For more action and nightlife 5 km north direction airport the area is recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Beach, Area itself and many nice temples and sculptures

Great staff and awesome bungalow

We stayed here by chance because we were having a hard time finding rooms online. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a little expensive for our backpacker mindset but we would have happily paid over a night for similar accomidation in Hawaii. Having just comming from Vietnam, we were still in the a night cheap backpacker mode. The staff was very friendly and all in a great mood for Songkran. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The only thing they could include to make the place even better is free wifi. Perfect place for a couple or families. Since we were to single guys backpacking we ended up moving to a place closer to the action, but I would happily return with a girlfriend.

Excellent Hotel

We stayed in a garden bungalow. Room was great, clean, modern and spacious. Staff are very friendly and the beach is eyesight from your door step.
Nightlife Tip:
Greenmango - amazing club
Irish Bar - live band (band is excellent too), cheap drinks

Room sice is as written on the web, ok sice for the price, i guess this is what you will get.
All went fine, nothing wrong at all.
staf is whit a smile all the time, and very helpfull whit anything you want to know.
all in all, a ok hotel for the price.
Restaurant Tip:
try some of the small mobile food selling stands.
exelent pancakes and other small dishes, and for a cheap price if you fell a little hungry and cant wait for dinner or lunch.

exlente pickup service from the hotel, even i arrive allmost 4 hours later then expectede ( due to a delay flight )
the hotel still had a guy waiting for my at the airport, great !
check in and out went fast and easy, no problems at all.

do a day tour to koh tao, realy great.
i went snorking ther, and see 4 sharks ! lol that was a first for me
