Providing 11 bungalows facing 50 meters of private beach, the resort offers a beautiful location while treating guests like family. The resort is located at Big Buddha Bay, just ten minutes drive from Koh Samui’s entertainment center, Chaweng beach. Here guests are able to relax on the resort’s private tranquil beach and admire the magnificent view of neighboring island, Koh Phangan. All bungalows comprise modern amenities including air conditioning, hot water, mini bar and hairdryer. Every night the resort hosts a barbeque on the beach that has become well renowned on the island. Resort staff will be happy to assist with scooter rental, tours and activities. Children are especially catered for with a babysitting service and free toys available for their use. Bungalow at the beach.

Not hot water in the shower. Dirty beach.

We did just stay for one night. The bungalows is right at the beach and has a nice view of the buddha bay. The beach and the water was very dirty. The bungalow had a water heater but it did not work. We got a drink at arrival which was nice. The bed was bad and the sheets felt dirty. We did not try the restaurant.

Staff very friendly and nothing is too much for them

Owners are very off hand and give the impression they think they are superior to you. Chalets dated and worn,dirty pool (water never clear) Without transport this resort is a long way from anywhere and cabs can be infrequent.

I have stayed in many Hotels and resorts in Thailand over many years. Some have been 5 star seaside resorts, others smaller 1 ,2 or 3 stars inland or on the coast: and some family run shacks on dam reservoirs or fishing ponds. All have one thing in common and that is the owners &/or managers have been most welcoming and helpful. Sadly although the staff at Como were fantastic: the bosses were awful. Como is the only place I will never return to.

Restaurant Tip : At the Estuary, opposite the quay, the best som tam poh for a long time

- Clean - Quiet - Incredibly friendly staff - Delicious food - Close to some good restaurants - The prices are great - The owner is really friendly - Right on a quiet beach - Gave us a "staying with friends" feeling. - Close to the airport

- If you're looking for interesting things to see and do it's kind of far away - The beach isn't the best but that's not the hotel's fault.

Como Resort was an awesome place to stay. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Nice and quiet, great food, clean, friendly, relaxed... exactly what we were looking for. It's kind of far from the "exciting" stuff but if you want someplace where you can lay on the beach and let the stress melt away, Como is the place. The owner is a wonderful lady and we had many great conversations with her. The huts are small but comfortable and right on the beach. There are many restaurants in the area as well as a few stores and if you walk down the road to Bo Phut beach you can find a lot of places to shop. All in all I highly recommend planning a stay at Como Beach Resort.
