Beautiful venue in a remote location
Beautiful rooms, infinity pool, wonderful hotel staff, one of the best spa experiences I've ever had

My BF and I came to Koh Samui on CNY holiday. The hotel is located on the very southeastern tip of the island, so a good distance away from the airport and the very touristy locations such as Chaweng. They have a spa on located which had amazing massages and spa treatments at a great price! The hotel staff was wonderful and were very accommodating.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If traveling to Koh Samui, I highly recommend booking a tour to the Anthong Marine Park. Probably the most beautiful places I've seen and well worth it!

Beautiful "Boutique" resort with friendly staff

the property is impressive and the staff is very friendly and helpful. it was just to far away from any action. the beach however was not what we expected. the water was dirty - brownish and we did not swim in it, nor did we see other guests in it. the staff mentioned this was due to a recent tropical storm. the kayaks are free to use, but they are in need of repair. unfortunately we had to call the front desk many times to let them know that the housekeeping staff failed to replenish items such as coffee, sugar and creamer, a bathrobe etc., but it was always fixed immediately. the lights in the room are very dim making it difficult to read at night. motorcycle and car rental are available on the property. the restaurant food quality was so-so and way to over priced at dinner. i had a "tough" baby chicken one night for us....wow. i could have had better food on the street for less then.
the spa service was excellent...

Fantastic hotel with amazing service

we had a fantastic stay at elements and will be back! the hotel staff coluldnt do more to help and were some of the friendliest people we came accross. lovely restaurant, prices you would expect for a hotel of this type. lovley pool and setting leading on to basically a private beach. free bikes and kyaks make the stay even better so you can easily explore. the spa was expensive but worth it. we had a fantastic stay and would reccopmend this to everyone if you are looking for a really special, relaxing and fantastic holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel offer a personal tour of the island with a driver - this wants very expensive and we got to see some hiddne parts of Koph Samui we wouldnt have seen on a general tour. definitley worth it.

elements is a tough place to reduce to a paragraph.
location: isolated- nothing is in walking distance. best for people that want to stay in the hotel
restaurant: fantastic. loved the salads and juices!
rooms (main building): nice, but nothing special. housekeeping could use retraining- shabby towels and slow room make-up.
staff- so friendly and eager to please. outstanding.
spa: nice, and reasonable prices. hard to get a booking during bad weather, as the spa is one of the few things to do in the rain.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Huge gym, if you are looking for that!

Dirty water and beach, bad breakfast, nothing around hotel. Quit trip after two days and change to Chaweng.

This hotel is very far from city. It is difficult for transportation and far from shopping area. This hotel has good services, but the housekeeping staff is not good. The bathroom is not clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have time, you can buy day trip package to Aung Tong Island.
