This hotel is make me quite relex. The room is clear. The breakfast is quite good. You have manual to selected. Also, this resturant is facung the sea. This is one of the great point..

The location is qute far.

This hotel I recommended, Even the location is not in down-town. But this hotel can let me relex, forget the work....The breakfast is good, everyday you can facing the sea to enjoy my breakfast. The satff is very nice and professional. Also, everyday they have different activity for the customer. If you want to relex...this is one of the recommenation,

Amazing experience ! The whole atmosphere of the resort takes you away from reality ! Very friendly staff - helpful at all times ! The bathroom of our room was the best thing !It has a tub, a shower and has beautiful greenery too !In short , an experience of a lifetime

Nothing at all - Just that the prices at the restaurant is little expensive !

My husband and me chose Koh samui for our honeymoon and we're glad we selected the best resort in the island - Ban Laem Sai resort. We arrived earlier at the hotel and fortunately the staff let us check in. We got a beautiful garden villa , with an amazing bathroom and a little sitout where we would have our evening tea. The entire ambience is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly , you feel so warm and feel like home ! The Pandanus Spa was just out of this world - the thai massage is amazing and so relaxing ! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the resort. Thank you BAN LAEM SAI :)

Hotel Feature Tip : The pandanus spa is a must- see !

Beautiful place and views. Luxurious rooms. Very good food. Good Security. Friendly but poorly trained staff.

Expensive extras, room service, motorbike rent, mini bar beverage. weak internet connection. Pool is often occupied by loads of staff. Wake up service. Complete resort is non smoking.

On arrival you will feel like a superstar, everything is taken care of a hundred percent and the beauty of the resort is astounding which should be considering the price range. The information on the website is very poor, you only find out on arrival that the complete resort is non smoking but I didn't care because they failed to mention. Everything extra is priced high also. Room cleaning just rudely wakes you up after a night out. Wake up service failed to wake me up so I missed my airplane and they refused to give me a complimentary stay for one night because of that. A good resort somehow.

Travel tip : Because the resort is far away from anything... renting an overcharged motorbike is necessary, the only thing close is a tailor shop.

The hotel landscape is not friendly for toddlers or senior people. Very steep, room are far from reception area. If you are dressed up in heels- think twice. They have a buggy as transportation but not all staff are that accommodating to drive you around.

Restaurant Tip : Go to Zazen to experience Great dining & great food. Breakfast was superb. Dinner ambience- very romantic.

Highly recommended.

Hotel Feature Tip : When getting room with private jacuzzi, request for the ones furthest out at the corner. These have the full seaview.

Overall a solid resort with good food and nice staff. But the beach is not very nice. It is far away from the happening chaweng beach.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go to chaweng beach for your travel arrangements. They are cheaper.
