Lovely hotel setting with lots of greenary. Beautiful, large pool. Clean quiet beach. Lovely breakfast. 10 minute walk from main area which allows you to escape the mayhem. Only allowed one bath towel per day! We loved our stay. The resort has a huge pool in the centre which creates a rather spacious feeling. We stayed in one the pool bungalows and found it to be quite private. The rooms are quite basic but if you book through Agoda it`s great value. The beach was lovely and quiet. There were plenty of deck chairs and there`s an open air massage deck on the beach which charges no more than places in town. The prices at the beach restaurant were also quite reasonable. The staff were lovely. We arrived at 8am and they let us check in straight away which we didn`t expect! The only let down we had was because we arrived so early there were no beach towels available before 10am so we used the bath towels and when we asked for new ones they said no, one per person per day. It`s only a minor issue and no reason not to stay here. We would definately stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : From the beach if you walk right for approx 10 mins you`ll come to 3 restaurants on the beach. We ate twice at the middle one "Charming" and it was wonderful! Suberb location and delicious food for a very resonable price. No service charge or tax.

Nice quite location at the end of the beach/bay.
Great pool if the beach isnt your thing.
Rooms a little small but clean and tidy, what do you expect for a value room. Friendly staff had everything we wanted from a budget hotel, hotel is within walking distance of the main area approx 15-20 mins so nice for a stroll in the eve or even the day time. Rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast was very good as they have staff who make omlettes and eggs on request.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a gym close by if needs be all be it a little primitive it will do the job.

Great beach. OK breakfast and bungalow. The bungalow itself was a bit old.
The beach and the view from the bungalow we were staying at was wonderful - actually we stayed right at the beach.
The breakfast was OK and served from 6 AM which was great if you were thinking of taking tours to nearby islands. The hotel could also arrange the trips for you.
The hotel is at the end of the "main street" of Chaweng beach, so if you want to stay close to everything, it's a bit far away. But then again, there are always tuk tuks...
Restaurant Tip : Close by is a great restaurant called The Chef. Good food, great drinks!

This hotel get good value of the money, if you choose the first building to stay. it is good that you spend your whole day outside of the hotel and just want a place to stay over the night.

Beach bungalow on a beautiful beach
10 mins outside of the main street
Clean beach and calm sea Bungalows basic but sufficient
£4 each way on a bart bus into town
Limited facilities around the hotel Great for couples fabulous beach clean private and quite. Sea very calm and clean. With little to do around the hotel we felt the need to go into town in the evening.
Nightlife Tip : make sure you go to the main beach in town in the evening, beautiful fairy lights.

every thing nice ,the beach ,the rooms ,the wether , the staf helpfull .the room is great and new ,the bath new ......i canot find any thing bad.the swiming pool great and cleen .great hotel to take rest and good for familey . the chaweng market letel far . by taxi 10 to 15 minutes and by walking 25 - 30 minutes . the chaweng market is not far from the hotel , if you use taxi you will rech the market after 10 minutes .by walking you will rech the market after 25-30 mnets but you will enjoy that coz the wether great. if u canot walking so you can rent motor bike 24 hours beter than u take taxi 200 bat for one time.

Close to the beach, on the main Chaweng are. Staff not very friendly and minimal english skills We enjoyed our stay at this resort,our bungalow was just a stone throw away from the beach. The beach area is well maitained, clean and suffiecient number of sun loungers. There are also a number of shops in close proximity as well as massage salons. The airport is 20 mins away and you can book your transfer with the reception which were reliable and on time. The buffet breakfast in the morning was not that great except for the fresh fruit section with there being not much variety.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is definately worth doing one of the tours.

Almost everything! Location, beach, restaurant, breakfast, views, amenities around hotel, pool. 1. The Staff were very friendly or helpful. 2. The internet was not always available. 3. Our TV didn't work (they simply said...oh, it must be the cable). I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would certainly recommend it to my friends. It's not right in the middle of the action, but that is often the right place to be. It's just down the beach from all the other hot spots, so you can join in the fun, or just relax in some peace and quiet.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try to get a bungalow if you can. They are so cute and so conveniently located. Also, don't take the taxis if you don't need to. We didn't discover until later that while it may take 20-30 minutes to walk down to the shopping part of town, it takes less time if you walk along the beach. Better views, too!

Reasonable price and right on a nice portion of the Chaweng beach, easy walking to other spots of the beach. Breakfast was outstanding and included in the room rate. Room was clean, just big enough, nice furnishings and plenty of natural light. The hotel grounds are beautiful! TV didn't work...they said it was the cable feed. Duh! At least there was the beach to keep us occupied. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It has a fairly convenient location, not right in the thick of the night scene, but close enough to the offerings of Chaweng beach to make it easy and reasonable. The motorbikes for rent and the ease of getting a taxi make all the difference. There are plenty quick things right on the hotel grounds: a dive shop, 3 massage houses, several specialty shops, and 2 tour vendors. A good bargain. Check out the bungalows if they're available!

Quiet, clean, generally up market, bungalow on the beach, beach clean, security at night tight, sea very calm and clean. costs 200 Bhat (£4) to catch a Bhat Bus into the bars. Limited shop and amenities nearby, breakfast basic A wonderful place for couples or young children, very calm pieceful, clean and private beach clean and beautiful fringed with palm trees. The beach bungalow was a great location but they are basic inside. However, if I was not staying in one of these I would rather not be in this hotel, there are so many beautiful ones nearby. Beach bar good food. We did find it a little annoying having to get the bus (or cab) into town £8 return, Drinks in town were expensive bout £2 a bottle of Leo, considering Thailand is supposed to be cheap.
Nightlife Tip : The town is spread along 1 very long street. Find the bars and resturants on the beach, beautiful, chilled and lits of fairy lights. There is one small street where the main night kicks off after midnight where Henry Africa bar is.

Breakfast as you would exspect from 3 star. Very nice swimming pool and gardens. As the name says its the first hotel on the southen end of Chawang Beach, a long way from the action. Bike hire just out down the road so not a problem.

POOL, VALUE, LOCATION, CLEAN. Breakfast needs some work.
Great value Koh samui hotel, Close to the beach but we tended to use there great pool, which had plenty of lounges. The room was okay not bad . The mattress was very hard though. Me and my girlfriend spent 4/5 nights here and coming from a 5* hotel, the difference were not as bad, as I had imagined. Overall good hotel if you are on a budget.
