Beds, Pillows, Food, aircon, very little english.
Moved 3 times on arrival, first room had two singles, second had a strong septic smell which almost made me vomit. They tried to get me to stay in this stench by bringing up some scented oil burner. They later moved me to a 3rd room which also had issues. The balcony sliding door frame had large gaps which would let the air in and rendered the aircon useless, after a shower it got up to 29 degrees and was sweating before I could escape. Ordered food once, pizza and chips where delivered stone cold. All beds were stiff as a board and the pillows too bulky and would hurt your neck. The pool had a metallic taste and was only used once, we stayed 4 nights then moved to another place which was cheaper and didn't have the weaknesses this place did. Stay away!

Buffet for breakfast is correct, enough choice, quality of food is nice but staff is quite lazy.
beach was clean no complain
Staff at the reception was not friendly, you really have the feeling that you are just a number.
other bad point, price of taxi services, very expensive as regarding to the distance to be done.
all together it was a nice stay

Beach area, quiet location, breakfast buffet.
anybody can get in. they should be strict with that.
I definitely enjoyed my 4 days stay in this hotel. Though, it’s a bit far from central Chaweng (when you want to go shopping or have a bite), the location is still ideal. It’s far from all the noise and the crowd. But the best part of the resort is the beach. It’s clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a quiet holiday. AND I am definitely going back to stay in this hotel.
Travel tip : If you want to go to central Chaweng, take the beach side, its breezier and cooler to go there.

Great beach. New room where we stayed. Value for money.
at the end of Chewang Beach, a distance from the main shops although it is manageable by foot. Rooms are new but something always broken.
Great hotel considering the price we pay in Koh Samui. Beautiful beach and hotel setting for its price. Recommended if next time in Samui.

breakfast buffet, sea view patio, in-room fridge, in-room safe, friendly staff.
small variety of restaurants around the hotel.
We stayed in a beach front bungalow on the private beach area. Rooms are large, clean and have great amenities like working ac and a fridge. Best part of the bungalow is the sea view patio. Great place to fill up your own fridge and sit on your private patio all day! The beach gets busy, but there are lots of chairs available and there is a really great breakfast buffet! Prices for this bungalow are much cheaper online, you will pay LOTS if you ask their front desk. Only downfall is the 15 minute walk into the Chaweng Beach center for a better variety of restaurants. If your looking for somewhere to chill out on the beach, this place is great!
Restaurant Tip : Great breakfast buffet.

you can enjoy the breakfast on beach side.
hotel staff is not helpful.
Hotel staff attitude is bad and not helpful. Hotel facilities not good enough, the toilet was clogged,no toothbrush and towels not clear. However, there have a hotel private beach and pool to let you swim and take a rest on beach. Hotel location is far from the central town, need to be walk about 20~30 mins for meal or shopping.
Restaurant Tip : you can find many good restaurant can be dining on beach, please walk along the beach ~

Nice beach.
nice hotel.
Near the sea.
Very good breakfast.
The staff was not so good.
Located at the end of Chaweng beach.
nice hotel.
Near the sea.
Very good breakfast.
The staff was not so good.
Located at the end of Chaweng beach.
You can find more affordable housing closer to city and where it all happens. But it is ok for some older people.
Bungalows end was great and fine.
Nice beach.

Really not much here - suppose rooms were clean
Poor Management Attitude
Breakfast
Location
We chose this hotel as it was meant to occupy the best part of Chaweng Beach. this is definitely not true. The beach is very average at this point. Worse is the fact that the sea is far more turbulent here than 1km or mile up. The location is very far from the restaurants/night life which is OK until you need to convince a cab driver to take you home after 8pm and they want to charge you three times what you paid to leave the hotel. The rooms are not worth the money and the breakfast is a shocker by Thailand standards. We will not return!

Breakfast
If you are under 35 and looking for a good place to stay while staying in Samui - then DONT STAY HERE. ITs in the middle of no where. Management were incredibly unfriendly when we presented some problems to them too. Breakfast not worth getting up for. Beach may be quiet, but certainly not scenic. We stayed in the deluxe beach bungalow which one could argue is their best room and it was very average!

close enough for those who want to access the main strip, but dont want to be right in the heart; nice pool; set back off the road (private driveway)
a half hour walk to get into the heart of the koh samui town; unless you are in a beach bungalow, you wont see the beach; restaurant is out of the hotel
We were first given a room in the 'deluxe' building - which was possibly the only bad building there (backing on to a canal and away from the pool or beach) - two lights didnt work and neither did the shower (however these were fixed by the end of the day when we asked). After asking to be moved to a pool room (it was around new years - so very busy) the staff were nice and accommodating and moved us to the first available room around the pool (two days after we got there). Quite impressed with this! You feel quite safe as the hotel is down a driveway in its own private part (off the main road) and is still close enough to the town (around a half hour walk to get right into the heart of the main strip... however restaurants, shops and markets start around 5 mins into your walk). If you want to see the beach however, you must stay in a beach bungalow - otherwise the only glimpse is while you are eating breakfast at the restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the wildlife park, around a fifteen minute drive from the hotel, for an elephant trekking tour (half hour) which includes the monkey, crocodile and elephant shows. well worth the 950 Baht we paid! - just go to any travel agent on the island, they all have the same brochures.

Staff in the main building/reception are rude and unhelpful. The management of this hotel can't even organise a root in a brothel let alone to run accommodation, they don't care about their customers. People, there are PLENTY of hotels and bungalows available in Koh Samui.
We've learned our lesson with this hotel and we don't want others to experience it. Koh Samui is a beautiful island enjoy your holiday by not staying at this hotel.
P.S BREAKFAST IS A JOKE!!
