Great Hotel
Location was great, at the quite end of Chewang

this is a great hotel. hotel staff are very friendly. we were very late starters most days and our room was always cleaned. rooms are a nice size and clean. the location was at the far end of chewang which is the quite it is about a 15 min walk to the centre or jump on a tuk tuk. a 2 min walk to the beach. i would highly recommend this hotel. i have stayed on koh samui lots of times and this is the best find for a great price.

It's an OK hotel for 3 stars. They won't let you stay after 12 noon without paying extra. Dining room not much, but a couple of nice food places one Swedish, one pizza just up the hill towards the Ring Road.

Rooms super small. bad location
the only thing I liked was the friendliness of the people responsible take the suitcase to the room

Super small rooms like the bathroom. Very bad location. Even the hotel's entrance, like a car garage.
The reception staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. They are very social.
The pool is super small and the gym is ridiculous. I do not like the hotel. Not recommend it to anyone.

booked a superior room. room is large, very clean, bathroom with bathtub. modern style, white, shiny floor. comfortable bed.
friendly check i staff.
free internet. free wifi.
pool oval shape, for leisure but not for doing lengths.
hotel location at the top of chaweng beach, about 5 minutes to the shopping and bars. no need for taxi. can walk. i rented a scooter. the hotel have a garage for bikes n cars.
only down: i expected more free cosmetics, cotton buds, toothbrush etc. only have shampoo n shower gel, and soap.
Shopping Tip:
Do your shopping at the pier, in nathon town, full of little quirky shops, souvenirs, much cheaper than in chaweng. Go there 2 hours before the boat and browse around, have nice coffeeshops with free wifi,.

This place is located at the quieter part of Chaweng and it just within walking distance to the beach. It's perfect for those who prefer to stay at the quiet area and yet not too far from crowded street of Chaweng. The room were nice and clean with wifi, bathtub and balcony. The only let down is the breakfast is not appealing at all. I was kind of regret to choose with the breakfast included. you can probably find better food just across the road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A good massage place just down the road.

first residence was a great value for the price. the rooms were decent sized and the staff was friendly. the hotel is set a bit back from the middle of chaweng, but only about a 15 minute walk. if you are looking for a place that's a step down from the super nice resorts, but up from a guest house, this is the place!

Booked this hotel for e last two nights of my holiday in Bangkok. Was pleasantly surprised about the standard of the rooms. Spacious, modern and luxurious. The best part was the friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. Always greeting you with the most cincere Sawadee and smile and being utmost helpfull when needed. The Kawh soi is a speciality from the North which I can recommend at the restaurant. Had better and more personal service here than many of the 5 star hotels I stayed at during the same holiday.

We had a mini family room consisting of two separate rooms with adjoining door.Separate bathrooms king bed in one room and two singles in the other overlooking the pool.Hotel is five minutes walk to beach and shops with a great pizza place across the road(kept kids happy).Rooms serviced daily ,staff friendly and helpful,breakfast good variety with fresh fruit.Great family value ,handy to most things while still being out of the bustle.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
hire scooters if riders and ride to animal farm.can spend all day there with pool part of fee.
