1. nice view for every villa
2. very comforting bed
3. thoughtful services
4. very quiet in a remote area
1. foods need to be imporved. not so delicious
2. no personal butler, so you need to read the guidebook and call separate departments for different services
Four seasons is the world's best known good hotel. The services they provide is nice; however, I think they can make it more eaiser for the guests. They can provide only one service call button instead of several, so guests only need to press that button to request all kinds of services. Right now, you need to press different buttons on the phone set to request different services, which means you need to read their guidebook to know which is the right button to press. Besides, the food there needs a lot of improvements. Not very special and you wouldn't feel impressed at all.
