They rate themselves as a 3 star and they are far from it. The rooms need major attention. There is mold growing in the bathroom, mosquitoes in the room, drawers are falling out and the internet rarely works in the room. You are not able to swim in the beach outside the hotel, but that is alright because there is a pool. The young lady at the front desk was rather unfriendly as well. Jus

Couples United Kingdom, March 25, 2013	Good rooms in average hotel, very near to the port Close to the main pier for boats, rooms are large, all located very close to the ocean 6.3 Room is beautiful with lots of large windows providing a view of the ocean and beach. The beach itself is only average by the island's standards mainly due to the main pier for ferry arrivals being only 10 minutes walk from the hotel down the beach. This means the water is quite dirty too, probably not suitable for swimming - not a problem if you're happy with just a pool, which is situated with a great view of the ocean. The room was very clean, well maintained overall and had both a comfortable bed and bathtub with plentiful hot water, good for a long soak that you'll struggle to find elsewhere on the island for this price. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with a nice pool and rooms then this will suit your needs however there are many more, equally good and much better hotels and resorts on the other side of the island that take only 25 minutes to drive to.
