Hutcha Resort on Koh Samui's Mae Nam Beach combines contemporary comfort with excellent value for money. Quiet a little too quiet....

Madam is a very quiet part of Samui. This can be good if all you want is privacy and no people. However it is a very quiet part of Samui for a reason. The beach isn't very nice and their is nothing to do.

We have stayed at Hutcha several times and once again did not regret our choice. The rooms are indeed small but very clean and if your intention is to be out and about, this is not a problem since it it so affordable. The pool is fantastic, and while not right on the beach, it is a one minute walk only,and the beach is great for swimming and the Mae Nam neighborhood is terrific and very calm and authentic; not very touristy with several good local restaurants to choose from. Staff is friendly and we always felt at home!
