- The decoration is very nice; all room has it's own style.
- Really nice personal; know the product very well, can advise where to eat and as very helpful.
- Hotel is really private even though it's next to the road; but I hardly feel it that way.
- Rooms are a bit too dark.
- Beach is not very nice. surrounding area is dirty (look nice and clean in front of the hotel's area)
Apart from the very unique decoration; their aroma oil is really what make this hotel differ from others. The whole hotel has a very nice smell; however this is not the type of smell that make your nose sore!
Their toiletry provided is also very good! Each room will received unique set of shampoo and shower which will also match with the aroma oil! this will make you sleep very well!
Hotel Feature Tip : give a hotel a call you will have a chance to pick your room. pick the one on the ground floor. If you are not a couple or being too shy; please only choose "local style"

Friendly staff, quiet, peaceful and nice hotel. Good decoration, both inside or outside your room.
Location is not too convenience unless you have your hired car or bike. Food is a little bit expensive.
I love this hotel, not only the helpful and friendly staff, but also the environment and the atmosphere. The decoration of the hotel make you feel like living in your own home. The lovely swimming pool and the beach let you feel so relaxing. If I visit Koh Samui again, I am sure I will stay in this hotel again. I stronly recommend this hotel to those who is looking for a relaxing vocation in Koh Samui.

Quiet...as the hotel is small, almost a guest house, it is very personal.
Staff are very attentive, unfortunatly you do need to make yourself understood
Great food- expensive however
Enjoyable hotel design with tasteful room decor. Some of the finishes are exquisite
The staff try hard! One night I was desperate to watch one of the Sprinkbok- Lions test matches, but it was pouring with rain. There is a sports bar just 15 mins away when walking but in that weather I was not going to do it. The manager personally drove me there in her own car! That is what a larger establishment will never do for you.
Eating...if it rains, there is nowhere to eat!
No pool loungers and although they are on the beach...a stones throw away, the beach is sloped so you kind of slide down instead of just relaxing! And, this is not a part of the sea you will be swimming in so the pool is it. The pool however is wonderful.
This is a hotel you stay in, without children! An extended stay, unless hiding is your goal is not recommended. The staff really do try,...so remember unless you speak Thai as well as they speak english, you really have no right to complain. The food can be outstanding, albeit expensive...try the french onion soup...I am salivating as I write this. The ambiance is wonderful, design...something you would not mind as your home- really, really nice! The spa they recommend is....outstanding, and they collect you from the hotel for no extra charge! Chaweng is 300 bhat away and you are close to the airport and fisherman's village...plenty of enticing eateries and nightlife! Getting a taxi on the road at night is not that easy so...ask the hotel staff and they will get transport for you! I enjoyed myself but, I went to relax, and have friends on the island so was not looking for in-house entertainment. Would I return?...not sure as
unless you are looking at being out all the time, there is not much else to do except drink, eat and sun yourself!
Travel tip : Fisherman's village
