stayed at this hotel last year and loved id - that is why i returned. on arrival reception was manned by some young staff who really had no idea what to do. there was a bad power cut and we received no information at all. i got some candles by request but had to tell others to go and ask - no lighting was available for the corridors which were very dangerous. they need some experienced staff on the desk, who can speak some english - a simple notice board or something would have helped - i ended up having to tell french guests etc. what was going on. they charged me for 1 item ( a bag of crisps from the mini bar - i never used it but again no discretion was used and they insisted i pay ( 80p!) even after the very poor service.
Travel tip:
Check the recent hotel reviews before returning to a hotel!! I was away for 6 weeks and this was the most badly managed stay of all the hotels.

Great hotel in great location.
Sea view, good location in nice resort and good service.

Fantastic budget hotel in a great quieter resort in Samui. Is the second time I have stayed here and would always choose to do so for future visits to the island. Rooms are excellent with a great view of the sea, staff are friendly and helpful; doing their utmost to accommodate all requests, breakfast is good and everything for a very cheap price.

Except the first 2 nights, I was happy and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and nice. If I go back to Koh Samui oneday I'll stay here again.

A great hotel
Good situuation. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach which suited us fine. Great pool and restaurant. Simple but nice rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was simple but the rooms were clean and nice, as was the price. The pool was wicked and the hotel would definietly be suited to a family. Lamai beach is only a 5 minute walk away but the main tourist area, Chaweng is about a 20 minute drive. You can hire scooters from the hotel so that solves that problem. Two minutes down the road is an array of shops, restaurants, bars and markets so this area really does have everything you could possible need.
I would stay there again for sure.

I stayed there for two nights but I did not feel any special feeling with the hotel which is unusual for me. I did not feel any difficulty or bad feeling with the hotel but I can say that I could not enjoy its atmosphere indeed. In 10 minutes by walk, you can get Lamai beach and nearby good restaurant. Location is OK but you can find better hotel at nearby the beach.

the outside environment of the hotel is very beautiful, trees and flowers surround the hotel.I like the swimming pool, it looks very good. The room is clean, the bed is ok, the room size is big, and the hotel is close to the beach. However, since the hotel name is similar with another hotel, also,the address is not so clear, it is easy to confuse and difficult to get there. What's more important, though is that the staff are very kind and friendly. Anyway, this hotel made a good impression.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is near the beach, and the outside environment of the hotel is very beautiful, this hotel made a good impression. We will choose this hotel again if we come to Samui island.

Hotel sympatique a prix correct

2ème séjour sur Samui et voulant restés sur Lamai, nous avons choisi cet hôtel. Au niveau prix, rien à redire mais au final les aller-retours pour aller au centre même de Lamai étaient un peu long.
A conseiller tout de même!
