Awesome location - within walking distances to the hot spots on the beach, and right in Central Chaweng on the road side. Also right on to the best swimming on the whole of Chaweng!

We didn't have hot water for a couple of days, but this was fixed once reception were alerted! No major cons if you're expecting a place of this star rating!

If you can get a good price on this property, I would definitely recommend it. There are nicer places to stay on Chaweng, but they will generally cost more, and will rarely be in as good a location! This one is right on central Chaweng, just down the road/beach from the big night spots, and right on the main part of the beach for swimming etc.

Nightlife Tip : Along the beach, the big night spots Ark Bar etc are just a short walk away. Whilst on the road side, walking up to the hot spots (Green Mango, Solo Bar etc) is also only a few minutes stroll!

Place is just on the beach and location is central on the Chaweng beach. Garden area is very beautiful and people are helpful.

Cleaning of the cottages could have been better and especially the bathroom was in need of some renovating. Few times while showering the water ran out but it did not last for a long time until the pumps went on again.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The cottages were nice and cosy. We stayed during the rain season and it was peaceful, good place to relax. However it was almost too quiet especially in the evenings when there was nobody in the hotel restaurant except the persons working there. Location of the place is great and breakfast was also ok unlike we had read before from other reviews.

Just on the beach front.

Breakfast was average.

Staff were friendly enough, rooms were quite old but had a nice feel to them. Well located too. Unfortunatley breakfast was a let down, but it filled a hole I suppose. Saying that you get what you pay for, so for my budget it was more than good enough.
