Quiet and secluded location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was out of town and needed to rent scooters to get to things, but preferred this to the crowded beach locations. It was close enough to most things, but wouldn't have been good without the bikes. The staff are very strange and unfriendly - no one smiles and some of the staff stare at you in a very uncomfortable manner. Made us feel unwelcome. Cleaning of our room was inadequate. We were there almost two weeks and I don't think our shower was cleaned once and our bedding was never changed. Not the quality or cleanliness I would expect.

Beautiful, modern and quiet
Large modern rooms, view over the pool area with large windows and sliding doors. Clean and great service.

Great service, well run and clean. Great value for money with modern finishing a and a great pool area. Not walking distance to the main shopping and tourist area, but a 5 min 100 baht per person tuk tuk will get you there.

Great hotel... But don'expect to walk to the beach

Long way from anywhere. Would recommend you rent a car. Although they say you can rent at the hotel they said they had none but most cars are rented from companies that have some.
Found the staf rather distant and not very attentive

It was so bad, we walked away from our week long reservation after one night - and they refused to refund anything! A long distance from any restaurants or shopping, and not reasonably possible to walk anywhere. The place was deserted, the restaurant had a very limited menu, poor service, poor food. No elevator, and the only rooms with a view were on the third floor. Rooms were nice and nicely furnished, although the "kitchen" had absolutely no equipment - not even a cup or a spoon!

it was a great christmas holiday, i might go back again unless i found something better. some of the thai staff were moody, sometimes there wasn't any staff about when arranging things (paying for upgrades etc). the breakfast was over cooked, no flavour. apart from that it was a lovely stay, nice and quite 5 minutes drive to the beach.

Terrible experience. The location is the worst. No access to the beach. It is far from restaurants and shopping and it takes about 20 minutes to get a taxi. The room was nice but there were a couple cockroaches. We were on the 3rd floor - no elevator. The service was poor, food bad and the management failed to meet our requests. It was so bad we left early giving up unrefundable money just to get out of the Maryoo.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid this hotel.
