Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good bedding, quiet
No tea and coffee making facilities in room, hotel does not offer many facilities other than pool and restaurant.
Great rooms and very good value for money, however, this hotel is only really suitable for those with transport as its not very close to anything. Hiring a motorbike or car is cheap on Samui so not a big problem but just work it into your costs. Also the free breakfast is just toast, juice and tea or coffee so not very exciting, but overall if you want a quiet, relaxing break then I would recommend this hotel.
Travel tip : Shop around for a good price when hiring a motorbike - price varies, most around 200 baht but found good company offering 150 baht per day.

small hotel with good size swimming pool, very quiet, have free internet access in room
1. Staff needs more training on how to deal with problems and communicate with guests and need to be more consistent with service provided. 2. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you are a first timer to Samui, I recommend other more centrally located hotels to save you the money to travel in and out of tourist spots.
1. Reception didn't ask for my ID card upon check in 2. Had to move to another room during stay and was told to move to the room next door. At 9.30am next day, reception called and asked me to move (very unprofessional, you shouldn't tell guest to move until the normal check out time) but I was told the room next door is not available simply because the previous guests took the keys with them and the hotel doesn't have a spare key (In fact that room is still unoccupied to date). 3. Cleaning service is inconsistent. One day you get hand towels/ water, the other day you get nothing. One day they sweep the room, the other day they don't. 4. TV in room is very old model, There are 2 jacks to connect DVD player. Most DVD players has 3 jacks so when you try to connect the two, you end up having no sound. 5. Some rooms are infested with ants 6. Request an ironing board at one time and was told the hotel doesn't have any at all. 7. Furniture in and outside room made from wood but there are no cushions for chairs/bench. It's very uncomfortable to sit for a long time. 8. Ordered breakfast for room service at one time and had a hard time trying to communicate with restaurant staff (even though we were talking Thai to each other) as they misunderstood that I wanted to order a free breakfast outside the breakfast hours. I have to tell them clearly that I will pay for the food bill. When food arrived, I gave the girl a tip. She took the money and walked off- didn't even say Thanks.
