The staff are the BEST, and that is a high accolade in Thailand, where customer service is an artform. Set in the most beautiful tropical gardens, overlooking the turquoise sea, from the moment of our arrival, it was happy hour in the pool then happy hour in the lobby lounge, with great entertainers, you really dont have to leave this resort, it has everything you want in a holiday resort.
This hotel is the first stop from the airport, brilliantly priced, and yet still only five minutes in a tuk-tuk from the wild Chaweng beach.It is the most romantic setting for my daughters wedding in April 2009.
My only dislike was that my stay was too short. The resort cant be faulted.
- Hotel Feature Tip : I urge you to do the Thai cooking class.

Probably best hotel on Samui - Chaweng.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You have to go on trip called Jungle Safari from company named Mr Ungs. This is really must do action! You will learn what is 100% pure adrenaline in your blood.

Quiet place that would suit families and couples.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : To get around the local area or the island I would recommend hiring a scooter.

Book your appointment at the spa early as you will not get an appointment. We went to a neighbouring hotel.
- Restaurant Tip : There is a fantastic Italian restaurant about 10-15 minutes away called Prego. I would highly recommend this.

Man on beach everyday cooking and selling BBQ corn, fresh pineapple, fresh coconuts and mangoes. The locals selling on the beach are lovely bunch of people. We all became friends and they took our children under there wings. We had a lot of fun with them, no hassles at all. If you want a relaxing holiday in beautiful surrondings this is the place for you.
