Staff are really friendly and helpfull but they could be more helpfull if they understood english better, this is were the service breaks down and requests get mixed up.
Swimming pool too small and under a shadow. Food was served cold. There was a smell of sewer in the rooms coming from the bathroom and there is no window available in bathroom to open to try let smell out.

We booked for 3 days and would have loved to stay longer but the fact that it was not on the beach urged us to move to a beachfront hotel. Apart from that the hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms, crisp clean look with beautiful interior and the rooms are really inviting. Staff very friendly. Would certainly stay there again.
Beautiful hotel with crisp clean look, very spacious rooms and lovely, modern bathrooms. I liked the minimalistic interior design which excudes style and value for money.
The only drawback is that it is not on the beach. Pool area beautiful, but because pool is under roof, the water is cold and the decking around the pool not good choice. It is so slippery when wet that I was afraid to walk on it and I'm afraid one fall of a guest and they may have a law suit on hands.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Do not stay here if you're a beach bum!

Overall this is a good hotel with the potential to be very good. It is in a good position within the Chewang resort, close enough to the night life to enjoy it , but without the hustle and bustle that would stop you getting a good nights sleep.
The hotel is not finished as yet and as a consequence there will be some disruptions until work is completed, some minor snags in the building work are also being sorted out which again causes some minor disruption.
Swimming pool is completely shaded which i think will be one of only 2 bad points when the hotel is finished. The second is access to the beach , some of the hotels which you have to pass through to gain access employ security guards who stop anybody who is not staying at that hotel.
staff were excellent ,helpful and pleasant.
Food very good, and the decor of the hotel was very modern, and of good quality
The hotel was not finished, therefore workers were continually on site , day and night, causing some disruption, and noise.
Facilities were not complete for example the spa facilities was just an empty room.
swimming pool although outdoor was completely in the shade and therefore the water was quite cool, You could not relax there because of the constant flow of workmen, and the noise of drilling, and stone cutting in addition there was the dust created by the work being carried out
