Great location & helpful staff
Staff were nice and friendly

housekeeping was a disappointment, they only made our bed and left our food and drinks sometimes unattended. room was a bit too small. bathroom could've been more spacious. staff however was polite, professional and friendly. must get pampered at their in house day spa. the massages were unforgettable.
Nightlife Tip:
For young people, green mango and ark bar is a must!

at the heart of chaweng, which makes it really convenient.
on the cons, honestly, it could be a lot cleaner.
if you want privacy and quiet it's not recommended, it's more suitable for the party crowd, as it's mainly chosen by young people.

Wonderful Hotel

this hotel is located right in the heart of the city - it is across the street from the beach but does have a small outdoor pool. The rooms were large and very clean as hotel is new

The green bird - excellent place to eat - great food and very inexpensive

Nice location, design & hospitality
good modern design, nearby beach, location, not far from airport, free wifi, big room

upon arrival to lobby, looked very clean & nice, a nice warm welcome, with a drink while they get my room.
brought to my room, at first glance, it looked exactly like the pics, very nice modern room, but never before have i first entered the room always the room is hot! but thankfully, the aircon works perfectly fine to get the room cold fast.
only thing i have to say is bad about is...
1. the bedsheet had few cigar holes (2x hiding behind pillows, 1x behind the bed cover near the feet area).
2. also, when pulling out the bed cover, was taken by surprise a big long tear just underneath the bed cover itself!
3. i have stayed here for about 5 days, never have they bothered to wash my cup, nor refill the packets in the basket and water bottles in the fridge!
4. i wouldn't really say the breakfast at hotel isn't exactly good tasting. better get yourself a room without breakfast package, save yourself 300baht per person and eat better food outside
good things are...
1. wi-fi is free and fast
2. bed & pillow still feels comfortable
3. ain't that far from aiport (about 10-15mins by taxi, paid 400baht going to hotel and 300baht back to airport)
4. the location is good, whereas, i consider it almost the starting point of the chaweng road where you can just walk in straight road full of shops, clubs, bars, and restaurants (beware, it is a long road to walk, prolly you may wanna take a taxi if you are lazy). also, to walk to the beach is just 5 minutes away and also a starting point to walk along side the beach (quite long as the road walking on)
5. good modern design of the hotel and room as per pics shown online
6. the staff is friendly and do try to help
my recommendation, if you are a person dont like those antique rooms near the beach and prefer modern rooms and short stay, i would recommend this hotel. lastly, this hotel is on the road where its most happening in the whole island in night.
Restaurant Tip:
Just take the room package without breakfast, save yourself money and better food outside which is plenty can offer.

Hotel on a good location. On the main road, easy to find, at 30 seconds from the shoppings streets and 5 minutes from the beach. Room very comfortable and clean. It is spacious and looks like a modern hotel.

i liked that the hotel was quiet and had everything that you need and the hotel is not far from the beach and has very good restaurants near by
