Nice tidy rooms, good location, friendly staff
The Hotel gets full marks for service, location and presentation but was let down by the fact the water pump seemed to be above my room and went off and on all night.

great location. it is right in the action
It is located in the heart of Chaweng Beach so no taxi needed. There is some downside to it too, if you can sleep with earplugs then you're good to go but if not then find other hotel. It is suitable for those nightwalker but not for someone who's looking for a hideaway.

Poor maid service.
Ants in the toilet paper.
Extra charge for visitor to room and not over night.
The location was somewhat okay. The street noise flows though the hotel from all sides until sunrise. Ants walked around at will including the toilet paper. The worst thing was the exorbitant charge for visitors just visiting and not staying over night.The poor maid service was somewhat irritating.The security guard was asleep most of the time.Staff did not speak any English which is not any fault of theirs.
Nightlife Tip : Be prepared to pay extra if planning on short time guests.
