Staff were so obliging & friendly No improvements needed, noise was bit annoying Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, and could not fault value for money. The manager and staff were extremely friendly and very obliging. We arrived at 7.30am in morning, after a long flight, and the manager was disappointed that he didn't have a room available at that time, and moved us to a 4.5 star resort for the day and night. The rest of the staff were very obliging and so friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent, and with this location you probably have to expect some load music nearby.

Good staff, AC in rooms, cable TV with movie channel (in case you need a night to recover!!), bathroom was spacious and nice! If you want to sleep early the noise might be a problem if you're a light sleeper! There are two entrances to this hotel, the one from the main road makes this hotel seem small and cheap but as soon as you walk in you realise its a legit hotel. Hotel staff are at the desk 24/7 so no matter when you head out you can leave the key at the front desk no problem. The rooms are excellent considering they are a budget hotel. It is also very close to bars/clubs which is in my case a perfect location! We used the hotel as a room to sleep and put our stuff which is pretty much the idea of budget hotels!
Nightlife Tip : Green mango is the place to be for tourists that club! Only problem is they repeat songs!

Location was very good. Sandwiched between the lake and the main Street at Chaweng Beach. Room size was very good and the overall standard of the room was very good. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was obviously quite new. Noisy nightclub across the lake disturbed me a little. No breakfast was available, maybe in peak season this may be different. I only booked this hotel 2 days before arrival but was pleasantly surprised by its standard. The staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Considering my lateness at booking I was very happy to find that all my requests were met. I booked a deluxe room and was very impressed by its size and standard. It is described as a budget hotel, but it undervalues itself, in my opinion.I ordered room service and was very happy with the standard and promptness, of the meal.I would return again!
