Clean and beautiful rooms with great sea view, nice swimming pool and good breakfast. 9 nice and quite area but you want to go to the center you'll have to take a taxi! the hotel is great and we enjoyed our stay there a lot but the beach is not nice and for a nice beach where you can swim you'll have to walk about 10-15 minutes. few tips: there is a per kg laundry service down the road. the taxi is much cheaper if taken from the main road (5-10 minutes walk). if you take the pick-ups its 50B each way. taxi to airport us much cheaper from agencies in the main road! Restaurant Tip: nice restaurant called Rostiland just few minutes walk towards the main road.

Families with young children France, May 07, 2012	Super Hotel, service impeccable Le lieu, le calme, la propreté 9.3 Situé au Nord de Lamai Beach dans un quartier très calme, l'hôtel donne sur la baie, le restaurant et la piscine donnant directement sur une petite plage. La mer n'étant pas très profonde à cet endroit, la baignade n'est pas possible, mais pour des enfants en bas age, c'est parfait pour qu'ils puissent s'amuser sur la plage sans aucun risque. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible, les chambres sont grandes (nous avions une chambre Luxe), il existe des petites villas au pied de la piscine qui sont très charmantes, avec une décoration unique pour chacune. Nous referons le choix de cet hôtel sans hésiter. Restaurant Tip: N'hésitez pas à manger dans les petits restaurants au bout de la rue qui mène à l'hôtel (Le restaurant " Chez Joe" avec son propriétaire très gentil ), ainsi que le restaurant de rue en face du Family Mart ( Le bleu avec les Pubs Pepsi, je n'ai pas le nom), les soupes, le pad Thai et les riz sautés sont exquis

Families with young children Germany, April 15, 2012	Wohnschließfach mit hellhörigen Zimmern direkt am Meer, nettes Personal 5 das hotel haben wir über das internet für 5 tage gebucht. die anlage an sich ist hübsch. pool mit meerblick. das personal war weitestgehend sehr nett. das von uns gebuchte standardzimmer glich, von der größe her, einem wandsafe. wir waren, inkl. kleinkind, zu dritt und nach 5 tagen dem wahnsinn nahe. das zimmer selber hatte eigentlich alles, was man begehrt, ausser einem balkon. wir mussten den tisch und die stühle vor das zimmer auf den gang stellen, sonst hätten wir nicht mal die koffer untergebracht. die gespräche der nachbarzimmer konnten wir alle detailiert mithören, da das zimmer sehr hellhörig war. regelmäßig standen wir also im bett, wenn der zimmernachbar die klospülung betätigte. vor ort hätten wir das zimmer zu dem preis nie gebucht.

Families with young children Japan, August 27, 2012	スタッフの方はいつも笑顔でサービスが良く、オーシャンビューで解放感がありました連泊中、お部屋のお掃除が行き届いてました。ホテルの目の前が海なので子供が大喜びしてました。 8 今回、主人と子供ふたりと８月の２２日から５連泊しました。ホテルの前がプライベートビーチの様になっていて、連日こども達が海とプールを楽しみました。スタッフの方は若い人ばかりでしたが、皆さんとても子供好きで、オプショナルツアーの予約などとても親切に対応してくれました。子供がタイ料理に飽きた時に、スタッフのお姉さんが勧めてくれた「Ｍｒ．フロッグ」と言うイタリア料理店に行ったのですが、お値段はちょっと張りますが、凄く美味しくて、滞在中２回もリピートしてしまいました。ホテルからタクシーで５分程だし、時間帯にもよりますが、子供連れも多いので、サムイ島に行かれる家族連れの方にはお勧めのお店です。やはり地元の情報はジモティーに聞くのが一番ですね(^^ゞ　ガイド本よりスタッフさんのお勧め情報の方が役立ちました。今回、ホテルのお部屋は２部屋予約してたのですが、予約フォームの入力の仕方が悪かったらしく、離れたお部屋になってしまいましたが、同じ階だったので全然問題はありませんでした。お部屋のお掃除も行き届いていて、滞在中とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、ひとつ難点は、バスタブがなくシャワーだけな点です。シャワーのお水の出も悪いので、洗髪の時に時間が掛かりました。海外慣れしている主人の話しでは、これでもましな方らしいので、離島であまり贅沢を言ってはいけないのかも知れませんが、お風呂好きの日本人には、この点がちょっと不満が残るかも知れません。ちなみに、夜、夕食後部屋に帰る時に、廊下の壁によくヤモリが出て来て、こども達が捕まえ様と必死になってました（笑）自然を満喫した５日間でした。機会があったらまた滞在したいと思います(^^ゞ　 Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: 今回、ホテルのスタッフさんお勧めの「お魚と一緒に泳げるツアー」にこども達と参加しました。クルーザーで１時間半ほど行った離島で泳ぐのですが、船が結構揺れて、上の子供が船酔いで吐いてしまいました(>_<)　翌日、同じく船で釣りをするツアーに参加する予定だったので、夕方近くのドラッグストアーで酔い止めを購入したのですが、大人用しか置いておらず、しかも値段が日本円で３０円位と、ちょっと子供に飲ませるには抵抗があるお薬しか手に入らなかったので、乗り物酔いがひどい方は日本から酔い止めを持参される事をお勧めします。
