Service and facilities ae excellent. Need to rely on a Golf Buggyto take you from your room to reception etc. Quite a way off the main road so difficult to walk to somewhere away from resort. Quality and standards are excellent. Staff are very friendly and rooms are excellent. Breakfast buffet is very good.
Have to rely on taxis if you want to venture out of the resort because the lobby etc is up a steep hill. As all the mod cons you would expect from this type of hotel.

very shallow pool We got a very good deal on Agoda for this hotel and therefore we thought this hotel was great value. On checking in we got a free upgrade to a pavillion suite which was very spacious. The staff are all incredibly friendly and the site tourist information very helpful when booking trips. Cons include the wifi which was 100 bht for 45 minutes so very expensive, I would expect free wifi in a hotel like the Q Signature. Drinks were also very expensive except at happy hour when the drinks are 2 for 1. The pool is lovely to look at and large but very shallow so you cannot swim lengths and the beach in front of the hotel is not usable. Overall we were very satisfied with the Q Signature.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel offers a trip to Chaweng. In Chaweng there is a restaurant called the Orchard which has amazing thai food. Also the hotel is expensive for laundry, next to the front of the hotel is a service for 30 thb per kg.

beautiful pool occasional sewage smell in pool area This is a lovely 4 1/2 stars hotel which in most regards really is 5 star. It's positioned on a lttle hill just around the corner from choeng moen beach which is a pretty little beach, water can become quite shallow at times though and it's not comparable to Chaweng beach. The area is quite laid back the rooms are spacious, bathrooms beautiful. From the pool and the restaurant you get an amazing view across the bay over to ko Phan Ngan.
The restaurant doesn't quite keep up with the overall standard of the hotel but breakfast is very good.
The only downside really was an occasional sewage smell in the pool area ?coming from toilets

very friendly staff, quiet location (if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng beach) everything looks a bit worn off, also the evening shuttle bus should be free; sometimes the low English skills of staff could be a challenge It looks all well on a first glance, but as soon as you look at things a bit closer, everything seems to be in need of some maintenance or replacement, such as bathroom fittings, deck-chair covers, swimming pool area. Breakfast was adequate, but e.g. the fruit could have been fresher, on the other hand fresh waffles & eggs are positive.
The location is very nice, good views, and a quiet get-away from the overly touristy Chaweng area. Though if you want to have food and drinks (outside the hotel) there's not really an alternative than to take the hotel shuttle to go there, which gives you enough time for dinner and a drink, but not more.

The service was the best! and the kitchen food is very good. The rooms' furniture are old. The location of the place is a bit far from the center of things. The service was great and the food there is very good. There is a place where they explain what are the attractions of the island and were and how we could visit. That was very helpful and nice.

friendly and efficent staff. On the beach, close to town and night life, plenty of bars and retaurants in walking distance. Baby sitting service (negociate fees), clean and tidy rooms, taxi service to main town. We stayed for two weeks and had no problems. Food in restaurant expensive and not to a good standard, especially the thai buffet at 650baht a head is bad value. Would return to the hotel, found the staff very friendly and helpful, we were given a free upgrade because there was a faulty bannister on the terrace. The hotel is set on huge grounds on a step hillside and has a buggy service to get to the restaurant and bars, which proved a problem sometimes as the buggys were not always working.
In all the hotel lives up to its star rating and is very comfortable.
Restaurant Tip : Use the restaurants on the nearby beach, great choice of bbq and fish. Ask for upgrade if in delux rooms, they are quite small.

view from the room, great infinity pool, nice breakfast, great bathroom, friendly staff, I'm sure we could find something, but our stay was just too nice to write anything we stayed for 6 nights and came back for another 2 nights as we enjoyed our 1st stay so much, the area is great as it is only 15 minutes by bike from the main crowd on Koh Samui and there it is not too busy, small beach. breakfast buffet is very good asian and western variety. We would definitely go back to Q Signature and recommend it highly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : rent a bike and you can get anywhere on the island

Clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bad smell by the main pool, steep walk to rooms. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool by the apartment is lovely. Breakfast was good, clean rooms with nice bathroom our room overlooked the sea on one side and the pool on the other. Apartments in the hotel are all up a steep hill although they do provide a free golf buggy service to take you up and down if you wish. There was a bad smell of sewage by the main pool. Internet a little pricey.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire a scooter as taxis are pricey on the island. The roads are quiet and easy to navigate.

Good deals on food and drinks at certain times Distance from town - but who needs to go out
Our pavillion villa was wonderful - nice and quiet, the hotle is quite far from local bars and eateries but we stayed in the hotel as we have done alot of moving abou, but we had one night out in the busy town which the hotel provided free transfers at certain times, we had a blast.
We didn't go to the beach as we had our own pool, but it looked ok, but the tide was out most of the time in the day.

Happy hour drinks is a good deal as well

we had ordedred 1 night in the hotel from home and we liked it so much so we decided to stay 4 more nights. we stayed in the deluxe pavillan room wich was great. the view from the room was amazing, the room was very clean and the hotel's staff make sure to keep it like that. we had our best time in thailand at this hotel so we recommand it to everybody.
Travel tip : i recommand u to rent a car or bike so u can get to chaweng (the main street in samui) anytime u want

pend my time with my love than this hotel. everything was so perfect. the room, the view, the food, the staff, the huge bath and so on. in the evening u can seet in the balcon with your love, drinking your favorite drink and watching an amazing sunset.
Restaurant Tip : the restaurant in the hotel is vey good but expensive so u can walk 5 minutes along the beach and find some other cheaper restaurants

The hotel was very quiet. It was late when we arrived so we ate at the hotel's restaurant. The items on the menu were very expensive.The food was just average. The concierge brought us to our room in the hotel's golf cart.Whenever we wanted to leave our room we just called for a pick up. Concierge came witin 5 min.The breakfast food was very delicious.As we ate, we had great views of the ocean sitting above the hilltop balcony.Upon request the chef cooked omelets, waffles, and pancakes.They had 4 free shuttle bus times for the morning and afternoon to take you to Chaweng Beach, which is just 15 minutes away.You can arrange a pick up for the late evening if you wish at a cost of 200 baht per person.My standard room came with a private balcony. Fresh fruit is given daily although housekeeping forgot to refill my fruit the next day. They also forgot to leave me fresh face cloths. I made a call to reception and they brought it right up 10min later.the bathroom is beautiful but it's unfortunate water gets all over the perimeter of the tub.Very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tour agency at the hotel charged a little too much extra for the excursion. If you go down to Chaweng Beach shopping area there are plenty of tour agancies. Ask around for the cheapest price. We went Cable swinging through the jungles for 1,300 baht.The hotel was going to charge us 1800 baht. You must do this tour! It was with Canopy tour company. Also if you want to go to the movies or bowling find the Tesco Lotus (it's inside of it)...15min from hotel.To rent a bike we rented from the shop at the end of the road that the hotel is on...150 baht a day for a manual.Chaweng beach will charge 200-250 baht.

The beautiful view from the room, the nice pool and the personal very kind The beach is nice but not so confortable,maybe because in restructuration The resort is in a very beautiful spot, with a nice island in front of. The staff was very kind and polite and they tried to help you in any situation or satisfy your request at the best. Breakfast was very nice and the pool area is wonderful. On the beach you can find some good restaurant if you don`t want to spend every dinner at the resort. It is better if you have a motorbike to go around.

Great location, fantastic views, lovely breakfast!
Tip top service! Stayed for 5 nights in the Q signature samui and had a quality time. The location of the hotel was great as it is only 10 minutes from the airport and Chaweng, and it is virtually on Choengmon Beach. Choengmon beach is nice as it is peaceful and has a variety of very cheap restaurants along the beachfront. The service at the Q was brilliant and all the staff were very friendly.
I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Koh Samui!
