Fantastic Staff! Good accomodation Nothing at all really other than noisy neighbours which was not the resort's fault We were met at the airport and from then on in the resort was a delight especially the staff. The only down side was that initially we were in a room with a door adjoining another room and the couple next door came back late (2.30am) played loud music and were very unco-operative! When we raised this with the resort staff they went out of there way to make sure we had a great time. They moved us to a very nice quiet villa and nothing was too much trouble. They all adored our 4 month son and looked after him when ever the opportunity arose. All in all a great time and a good resort.

Nice, big rooms. Clean and well managed. Not the nicest beach on the island. Location is a litte out of the way - you need a car. Great place for relaxing and basking in the sun (or shade) by one of several pools or on the beach. Plenty of activities to take part in and cheesy cabarets in the evening. Good for families, as the waters are really shallow, but the beach is not the nicest. There are better, more central places to stay in Samui, especially if you are after nightlife.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you need laundry done there are a couple of places just outside the gate on the main road. These are a tenth of the price of the hotel. I wouldn't trust them with silk, but for underwear and t-shirts they are ok. And quick.

Great service, fantastic rooms and views that are exactly as shown on the hotel website. They've a great outdoor pavillion overlooking the small but clean, white sandy beach for massages and private dinners as well. Great value for money (booked on Agodo of course). The resort is a little far from the main town center compared to other resorts but that contributes to the exclusive 'hidden' charm of the place.
