nice pool decent breakfast included nice resort feel at budget prices

front desk staff were not very helpful spa and laundry very overpriced

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach the resort is located on isnt good for swimming or bathing, but that really didnt bother us as the pool and deck chairs were lovely. Some of the staff were very kind and helpful, esp the bar man, but the front desk staff treated you almost like an annoyance and didn't go our of their way to help much. Good value for money - but dont expect 4* service!

ery friendly staff. Nice rooms (bathrooms need shower curtains). Nice swimming pool. Great location just out of main Lamai, Samui.

Bed bugs. Penny-pinching.

Nice, neat, friendly hotel. Bed bugs! Was bitten every night. Lost the key and was charged THB 2,000 for a a duplicate. Staff claim the lock had to be changed but I do not believe it was changed. Booked and prepaid 22 nights: Wanted to leave after 21 nights and gave 10 days notice but, according to Agoda, hotel refused to refund 1 night. Across the road can buy bottle of water for 7 Baht but same bottle at hotel costs over 50 Baht!

Shopping Tip : Use the laundry service across the road and the Mini Mart across the road to buy water, etc

Rooms are great value but food an drink on the high side.

Nice, neat, friendly hotel

Nightlife Tip : Taxis on Samui are EXPENSIVE and do not use the meters. Use the local pick-ups that cruise around and negotiate because even these are expensive relatively compared to taxis in Bangkok.
