Near the beach, large room.
Not very clean, small safe, staff speak no english.
The hotel was easy to find when we got to the area, but was not the friendliest place to go to. We had a difficult time communicating with staff and there was construction on both sides of the building. Rooms were big, but not very clean. Bed springs were horrible!

The beach, food, large rooms with kitchen area. The small restaurant opposite the Hotel reception (it had no name). Good budget option for those staying longer.
Noisy (construction noise)
My 2nd stay at this hotel in 10 days. An even better room this time. I would stay here again. Please read my other review.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Speak to Chan in reception. She will save you time and money.

Large clean rooms, Chan in reception, beach, food
In really hot weather the air conditioning could struggle to cope. There are small cracks in the doors and around the windows that could let mosquitoes in.
This was my first stay in this hotel in a 10 day period. The Hotel has a separate reception area from seascape but the entrance to most of the rooms and the safe area is located in seascapes reception. The rooms are large, clean and averagely furnished. The bathroom/shower area is basic but adequate. There is also a kitchen area which was well stocked and included a kettle, microwave but no cooker. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The beach is clean and one of the nicest I have stayed on in Thailand. Although you share the facilities with Seascape the staff treat you the same. The restaurant was fairly expensive but the food was great. You can have a full body massage on the beach for 200 baht. If your booking tickets, tours etc then be sure to speak to Chan in reception. She knows her stuff and will save you time and money. The nightlife is about 20 mins walk away. A taxi will cost you about 150-200 baht. There are plenty of bars and clubs. The busier area is around Mangoes and the Solo Bar. The reggae bar is nice (located near a lake) but can sometimes be quite. There is a great family run restaurant outside the hotel (it had no name). Nice food reasonable prices. There are many other eating options available along the road. For a massage then try the "Family" massage parlour (turn left outside the Hotel).
Nightlife Tip : Mango, solo bar and reggae bar. Nice cocktail bar just past Solo bar on the left with great kebabs near by!! Club coyote - nice live music.
The Solo Club is a pick up joint for all. So it's a great place to go if that's what you want. This is my second time on Samui and I still don't like it.

Big rooms, not far from the beach.
No lift but that's not a big thing because there are only three floors.
The apartments are just behind some bungalows on the beach, swimming pool is shared with the people from the bungalows. The apartment rooms are big and clean. In the rooms they have microwave and water cooker and a kitchen sink but no oven or stove. The Apartments are located on the upper end of the busy main street. To the main bar and fun area it is about 1-1.5 miles walk or taxi ride.
Restaurant Tip : On the oposit side of the street is a little Thai restaurant with international and Thai food. Very good and very cheap. After first time, we only ate there. Has no name yet...

Right on the beach
centrally located in Chewang Beach
Great staff...
Good room for a fantastic price
only complaint is that Seascape were building next door so it was noisy. apart from that, no cons really.
I enjoyed this hotel/apartment. Going through Agoda the price was fantastic...the location was great and the staff downstairs were excellent as well. They housekeeping was fantastic all the time. I'd highly recommend this place.
Hotel Feature Tip : Great staff downstairs in the office..

Dirty, smelly hotel room, hotel is not even near the beach, receptionist was rude and horrible
We couldn't believe it when we saw the hotel, not even close to the beach. When we complained there was no help from the receptionist. We stayed 1 night and did not get any refund for the 7 remaining nights, even though they took their key back. The room smelled like pee and the floor was dirty and it was so dark and hot in there, the aircon was broken. I have never been so disappointed with any hotel ever and I have stayed at very basic hotels before. Money thrown right out the window!

Good servicce from the reception and house keeping staffs . The shower nop was broken and house keeping attend to the problems within 10 mins ,was impressed with the prompt service provided.
Wireless internet access was not constant and unable to acess certain period of the time for the day and very slow too
Good services and value for money for location at chaweng area . We can access the swimming pool and facilities of seascape hotel as both are in the same buildings.
Shopping Tip : easy acess to the shops and beach facilities

see-through bathroom walls
The Hotel is actually on the main road and shares the pool with another hotel which is actually right on the beach, so the pictures are a little deceiving, but honestly, for the price, the place is central, the room is huge, the beds are comfy, you get a kitchenette, a TV, and a fridge - and the pool and beach are just 2min away. I was really excited by the provision of a kettle! Hot coffee for breakfast and late-night cup-of-noodles!
I will say however that the bathroom is enclosed entirely in an opaque glass which really doesn't give you much privacy. As well, the shower has glass tiles that face out into the hallway (you can't see much, but you can tell that you're naked and showering). So you kind of feel on display to your room mates when you're on the toilet or in the shower.

very noisy, impossible to sleep.
We did not know that location of the room is so uncomfortable. On one side very noisy street on the other side air-condition machines working all the time. We cannot sleep at all. SaMui beach Apartments Samui are the guest from another hotel - they share the same beach and also safe. The staff of this hotel was very unpleasant to us. There is one Minute from the room to the Beach with lots of sellers which are very intrusive. They want to sell you something. That is mean that you cannot rest even on the beach. It will be useful to know all this before we order the room. We also notice that you can get the cheapest price for room at the similar location.

The location is close to the beach.
The service is low. Missing towels. Missing shampoo and bath soap. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Air con sweep function was broken so the cold air was concentrated directly to one side of the bed which meant that one of us was freezing or the other to hot.
The first day we arrived we tried to extend our stay one more day but couldn’t without paying more 25 % more to the day price than we booked it to. But if we knew that the service was so low, we wouldn’t have bothered.
The manger was terrible. Pay no more than 1000 bath pr. night for this place…
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go on a snorkling trip - it was great!

Beware of pickpockets in Chaweng, especially in the busy Nightlife areas - had my mobile phone stolen.
Restaurant Tip : The AKWA opposite has excellent all day breakfasts and I would recommend this friendly bar/restaurant to all.

It's a budget place so if you are not on a honeymoon, it'll be fine for you. They were painting also, so fumes got to us. We felt like staff of Samui Beach Apartments was uncaring and unhelpful at their front office, so don't expect to get any help with your problems. The staff at their adjoining hotel, Seascape, was very helpful to help balance it out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We took the Sea Breeze tour on a speedboat out to Ko Tao, and it was very cool. Met good people, and good snorkeling and crew. Always talk price down, always.

On Samui a motorbike is very handy as local transport can get a little pricey especially at night. A motorbike will run you about 200 baht a day.
