Food variety for breakfast can be improved.Almost same everyday,can be boring after 3-4 days. Our seaview villa was great-spacy and airy.View from Jacuzzi to laguna is so amazing!Very romantic place.Being located on the cliffs means lots of stairs-anywhere!But it is good exercise as well,so we liked it.Anyhow there is car service available if you do not wish to walk by stairs to your villa.Hotel is bit apart from all the hustle,but within an easy reach to Lamai city and Chaweng.They offer free bus shuttle to Lamai city.Breakfast is great.Restaurant serves great thai seafood for dinner.Staff is very kind and helpful.There is nice restaurant up the road as well offering fine european cuisine.
Restaurant Tip : Lamai has lots of small local restaurants serving great fresh seafood for dinner,enjoy them!

Lovely view and fair price Room is relatively small and little far away from chawaeng beach. It is located in the cliff and you can see the sunrise and sunset in your room. Good choice for you are finding the "relax' in your trip. But you need to walk many stairs for having breakfast and come/ leave the hotel. There is a lot of room to improve the quality of their breakfast.

the sea view is breathtaking the swimming pool is rather small The staff are nice, the scenary is beautiful and I will choose to stay in this hotel the next time. Highly recommended.

Best view, good food, swimming pool, Luxury massage bathtub, I like everything there. Too far from Chaweang beach I was arrived in Nov. 5th, There's only 2 rooms sold that night due to low season. It's like we own the whole hotel. We own the swimming pool, sunset view, beach, hotel clerks are always nice and smiling. Only it's too far from Chaweang Beach if you want a night life.

The Room. The views. The staff Good all roun Hotel where the rooms are really good. The staff are really pleasant and most helpful. The breakfast is adequate but lunch and dinner could be improved. Situated on a hill there is a shuttle bus to get you to reception other than that hire a bike they are quite cheap

Amazing view.
In door Jacuzzi. Breakfast can improve a little. I had a great stay there and would definitely come back. The hotel is located next to the Elephant Rock, which is a nice walk with lovely view. The staff was nice and very helpful with renting a bike and giving me a ride to the nearest convenience store when I urgently needed to buy something. The Jacuzzi in the room is right in front of the window and was very relaxing.
Restaurant Tip : Next to the resort, a little up the hill there is a wonderful western restaurant I really really recommend.

The good view of the hotel. Every window inside the room can see the sea. The location is between the two main beach. The transport is not convenient. The sea view is fantastic. The decoration inside the room is good but little bit old. There is no fitness room inside the hotel, this make me feel unhappy. The staff are helpful from every aspect. The location is not so good but you can rent a bike or a car to overcome this. The breakfast is just ok!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The diving tour to sail rocks is fantastic. I can see many fish and beautiful coral.

It is near the main street, to go to Lamai or Chaweng you must use taxi or scooter, we don't stay on the beach near the hotel because it is too small. The room is very, very comfortable and very nice. In this hotel there are many stairs.

Great location ครับ. The only stay in a Villa Sea view room atmosphere and beautiful view very ครับ. Room has a beautiful design is ideal for quiet relaxation ratio. Especially ครับ sweetheart. Restaurant food taste much less impressive ครับ personally think that food is available. But taste is not impressive ครับ. Beautiful resort atmosphere quiet privacy for rest and relaxation.
