Beachside Great room cleaning service

Overpriced Staff sometimes unhelpful Didnt get the room upgrade we paid for Poor standard breakfast

Unfortunately I cant say i'd stay here again, the staff weren't very helpful and the upgrade we paid for was very different than the description provided. The breakfast was very basic and room rates and transfers were seriously overpriced.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tour guide up the street on the corner is awesome and he rents scooters.

Nice pool, people, clean!

Surrounding.

They offer a lot of services like internet and transfert to the airport! They are available but, not free of charge. The charge 300 baht for 10 hours of internet and 250 baht for the 10 minutes car ride to the airport... But, really nice little house and clean. Pool is nice and the view to the ocean from ot is good!

I wouldn't stay again Guest Rating: 5

Buffet breakfast each morning was included in our room. Good to eat as much as you like, rather than being left hungry by some small breakfasts.

The beach... you cannot swim. Not deep enough. is right on the beach... literally. there is no sand, you walk down the stairs and jump in the water. Hotel room... bathroom can get very slippery. and in torrential rain of an hour... path to your room floods. Can definitely get much nicer placers for the price we paid. Is in the middle of nowhere... long walk to main part of chaweng... through some often muddy roads. Open windows from bathroom, and then into room. bitten alive by mosquitos

We stayed here because friends were staying at the nice resorts that we couldn't afford at north chaweng. Very old bungalows, very disapointing arriving after we had stayed at a cheaper nicer resort on the other side of Samui. We lost our key and they charged us 2000baht which we believe is rather excessive by Thai standards, especially because they didn't even change our lock. The pool was also green for two days that we stayed here. And the toilets were a bit old school and didn't flush as well as they could of.

Restaurant Tip : There is a restuarant but I wouldn't dine there because it very expensive compared to other places to eat. There was also never anyone else ever eating there either.

Lovely Room, location, private and excellent access to the beach, Lovely pool area

Food wasnt great

We staying in the Delux Bungalow right on the beach, it was lovely, the bathroom area was beautifully decorated and the room had a decent TV and DVD system. Bed was very comforable and a/c worked good. The location of the complex is a little off the beaten track, but i wouldnt let this deter me. Lastly the staff were very very helpful and helped us out wherever and whenever they could

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire a moped at the top of the street for 200B a day, excellent way to get in and out of Chaweng

Very good shower and bathtub. Nice superior bungalows. Deep pool. Helpful staff.

Far from the hot spots of Chaweng. The water was very shallow most of the time. The staff doesn't speak english. The breakfast was outside, which made it very hot sometimes.

All and all was a nice stay. There were different kinds of rooms- we preferred the superior bungalows with pool/shore view which were big and cozy, almost on the shore itself. The location is not one of the best, but if one prefers quietness it is a good place, and all the basic needed facilities are close by. Besides, there are good dining places nearby.

Restaurant Tip : The steakhouse "Out of Africa" was really good- delicious BBQ.

Views from hotel rooms and the staff are very nice.

Bungalows need help. Very old and dirty.

Don't be fooled by the term Bungalow. They are old and unrenovated and by the pool and restaurant it can be loud, book the hotel rooms as they have great views and are totally renovated.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a scooter, so cheap and get a map and venture on your own. Best way to see it all.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff is very well-wishers. A sea view from the restaurant and bungalows достоен any cards.

Next is building.

It stays in the hotel left a most favorable impression of stay in Thailand as a whole: a quiet and cozy, with beautiful sea view, with very friendly staff. Right at the edge of the sea changesEd restaurant has a pool that is helps in the drip caps. At the request of all our staff immediately responded, advising where and how that is better to buy or look at the tours. We were very satisfied.

Hotel Feature Tip : If you are not satisfied with the distance from the center of the hotel beach, we recommend renting a scooter that will decide the issue.
