On a secluded beach, nice pool and outdoor relaxation/eating area, very helpful service.

Although the resort was very nice and peaceful, the rooms were horrible. They were totally outdated and looked nothing like the deceiving photos online.
One room stunk like sewage, both were dated with old sheets and stained towels. The bathrooms had missing shower curtains, broken toilet seat, no hot water and tons of bugs! There were ants and flies crawling all over the counter, even under where the face cloths were placed. The fridge was dirty and we had no wifi signal in our room.
On the other hand however we had excellent reception and were welcomed with drinks and help whenever needed. The beach was isolated and beautiful, and the resort grounds were peaceful.
The breakfast area was nice and comfortable but there was not much choice of food (eggs, fruit, juice and coffee/tea) and the staff in that area did not speak English.

great location, run down place
location, 3 swiming pools, deserted beach

as mentioned: the location is great, the place is run down, they have 3 pools, some of the floor around is cracked and weed is growing in it, in between the buildings dirt and garbage is not cleaned up. Many of the pool chairs are broken and the cushions dirty.

Really nice hotel on the beach connected to a zoo.

Room was great, nice and clean, pool right out door. Staff was great except for zoo people who wanted to know if we were staying there more than once. The zoo seems a little run down. I didn't go and if you don't like seeing animals in cages book somewhere else. They've got monkeys, tigers and others locked up on the grounds.
