We had an excellent stay at Samui Seabreeze Place, every staff in this hotel is super friendly always with big Smile! WIFI in each room and breakfast dinning place! We enjoyed it very much!

Would rather have been in the beach bungalows

I was disappointed with Seabreeze Place - convenient for all of the shops and restaurants but just a little too far from Lamai beach. Very nice staff and immaculately maintained but I seemed to be the only guest in the whole building - hadn't realized they have beach bungalows (where you have to walk across for breakfast) and would rather have been there as I didn't actually use the pool.

We love here. Staff very helpful and good service. Room always clean and tidy. Swimming pool is clean and have sunbeds around. Bed is comfortable and high speed wifi in the room. Only one thing is you need to cross the road to the Seabreeze bungalow to have breakfast and to the beach.

Very peaceful and relaxing in Lamai

Loved it! Very peaceful, easy to sleep at night, rooms overlook nice pool and garden area, could hear nothing but birds chirping in the morning. Access to Lamai beach right across the street. Located in quiet end of Lamai, but restaurant and bars a 5 minute walk away. Staff were great and the breakfast was very good as well.

Nice budget hotel in Lamai beach with no direct access to the beach, you need to cross the street and walk through the seabreeze bungalow hotel (same owner). Owners are very nice. Pay for a room on a higher floor, do not stay on ground floor.
