Nice place for the price. Would be better if they hired front desk staff that were interested in the client. Felt like a bother when I asked about anything. The food in the resturant was awful. Many better places just up the road.
On the beautiful peaceful beach!!Close to good resturant off the hotel property.
front desk staff not interested in helping guests, more interested in smoking in the back room......internet did not work regularly.
- Travel tip : Rent you scooter from the resturant just left out of the hotel driveway and up hill in a 3 minute walk.

Free shuttle bus to Chaweng beach. I could use the beach chairs in the hotel where they drop us off in Chaweng beach.

Except the massage therapists all other hotel workers were not simpatico.
