Great room size very nice to have own pool

Briza Beach is a good hotel with a good location the rooms are very large however service was slightly slow. We waited ages for our bags to be brought to our room and the room was never cleaned until late in the day. No pool drinks service was available unless you walked down to the beach bar.
Overall it was a nice hotel but could inmprove on level on service.

if asked to use one word to describe this hotel, i will say "perfect"! i was so satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
the hotel is a very beautiful resort, with very nice private beach. the beach is covered with white sands which is so smooth like flour.
we booked duplex pool access villa for 3 nights, and were upgraded to a private pool villa for 2 of the 3 nights. i love both the two kinds of villa! the room is very spacious that i think at least it can accomandate 5 adults! the bathroom is very spacious too with a comfortable bathtub. the private pool even has jacuzzi inside!
the king size bed is large and comfortable. the floor is very clean so that you can walk on it barefooted. but if you don't like walk barefoot like me, they've got comfortable slippers in the room. btw, i like the body cream provided in the room. its smell is pleasant and good for sleep.
this hotel is located on the north of chaweng beach, by which you can conveniently enjoy the shopping/food in the crowded main street (5 mins away) as well as the quiet night.
the smile service staff gave us lots of help. they responded fast when we asked for power adapter.
overall, i love this hotel. it's worth of money. i will stay in this hotel again if i have the next chance to koh samui, and also suggest to our friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you can conveniently rent a car (1200 thb/24 hrs) or a motor bike (200 thb/24 hrs) opposite the hotel, and return the car at airport.

Great accommodation, could not have asked for more

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were unlike any other that I have seen with a personal (although cold) pool.
The breakfast had a great choice and was included in the package.
There are many different locations to relax and chill out, the beach, gym, lounging areas or just your own suite.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You must go on an elephant ride while you are here. Ask at reception for details.

really nice, highly recommend. all the staff are very nice and always with smiles. the suite is very big with a outdoor living room and jacuzzi. i enjoyed the jacuzzi much. the breakfast and massage are good. but the swimming pool is small and the private beach is not big.

Nice hotel for honeymoon and couples

Went there with my wife and kids. My kids loved the private plunge pool outside the room. The room is smaller than what I would have expected but would be perfectly fine for couple without kid. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to the town area where you can find many restaurants and bars.
However, not quite get use to have unenclosed bath room. Needed to use mosquito incense to repel the insects if you are going to bath or use the bathtub at night.

Overall quite satisfied with the hotel environment especially with the hotel food, is suitable for everyone of my family members. Just that the weather is a little bit hot over there, other from this, is quite convenience for us to access to town area too.

Great getaway from "hectice pace" of city life!
Privacy of villa and plunge pool is a definite plus! Patio allows you to have meals outside in quiet serenity.

To get to your room or villa it may require a bit of walking, but the hotel has a golf cart and driver to transport you if you prefer.
Hotel staff can assist you with confirming flight reservations including printing your boarding passes.
There is no spa at the hotel, but they are plenty available. Some will even provide transportation to and from the hotel, don't forget to ask when you call.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Have hotel reserve taxi and/or driver for you. Since they are not readily accessible nor available it will save you time and effort when planning excursions.

It was low season (late October) when we were there so there were only a few people staying at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice as they had the regular buffet items expected, including a omelette station. We stayed in a plunge pool room, which was quite a nice size with a living space outdoors which was great for relaxing in the pool after a long day in the sun. The hotel is right at the start of the Chewang beach strip, so you are within walking distance of all the shops and nightlife, but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. We would definitely stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We went on a tour to zip-line and walk up the waterfall. Don't waste your money as we spent 45 minutes in the back of a jeep each way and then the zip-line literally lasted 10 minutes, then we walked up to a waterfall which was pretty, but not worth the excursion. The best part of the trip was going to "Dining on a Rock" at the Six Senses Resort. The ambiance and view was so beautiful and romantic. We had the tasting menu which was amazing, but a little expensive. It would be a perfect place for an anniversary or special occasion.
