Beach not clean This is not a 5 star property, more 3 star. Disappointing as the prices are higher than what some of the genuine 5 star hotels are charging,so definitely better deals to be had. Property is looking tired from gardens to rooms. Rubbish on beach, should be raked and cleaned up every day. Only redeeming feature was the spaciousness of rooms,tranquility of resort and the quintessential Thai attentive service.
Restaurant Tip : Would not recommend the famed Olivio Italian Restaurant near the Briza. Worst meal of trip. The 3 best meals we had were at The Cliff (stunning view,food and service), Eat Sense and Captain Kirk.

rsort designe is very good, room design is beautiful too many mosquito ,air con too noisy room is very big and design is very unique, is a very quiet resort, the beach is beautiful,complimantry brakfast is good, service from the hotel staff is good and friendly,you can traver from Briza resort to shopping area through the breach ,along the beach , you can enjoy massage by the beach and is very cheap to have a sixty mins. massage at the beach, it cost you only 200 bath or eight singapore dollars.
Hotel Feature Tip : room design is very unique, very confortable.

restaurant area is pretty nice the "villas" are piled on top of each other, there is no view, the structures are looking tired, the pool is in a corner next to the street and has no view We would not go back
