The location of the hotel is great as it is walking distance to the hot spots. Hence, it has no problem at all to locate food cum shopping. Staff was efficient and friendly.
Chargeable internet connection. No bath tub, no plasma TV even for a Sea Villa. Breakfast was so so and limited selection.
We stayed at the Sea Villa and overall, it looked OK and clean. We were given the 1st villa which was very closed to the pool and sea. However, we were very disappointed with the seawater it was rather dirty. We walked along the beach (about 10 mins)and noticed that the seawater there was nicer. By the way, most of the hotels are located next to each other. We booked the tour thru the hotel and the price was only 450baht for 6 hours per pax. The hotel is closed to the airport and it takes only 15-20 minutes (400 baht per way). Overall, we were quite satisfied with this hotel as the location is just so perfect!

This resort is beyond words for the valu of money. located in almost the center of the busy Chaweng beach and the street market it offers a rare combination of green jungle and white sand , turqoise blue water beauty.
The staff (other than reception) are friendly and courtious. A must stay hotel for travellers not willing to spend a fortune.
The cottages in this resort are a rare treat !

Very old, bathroom vas terrible, bed vas bad.
We booked this Hotel thru Agoda and stayed in Deluxe Bungalow. If this is Deluxe, then I'm president of US!!!! Bungalow looked like 20 years old with no renovation. Pictures in Agoda and in hotels homepage is taken from best possible angle, light, and condition. Worst hotel from our entire Thailand trip. Bathroom is so ugly, that my wife even didn't go to shower (she used shower outside on pool). Staff quite unlikely, no late checkout was able. No place for laying our luggage as well!
