Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

layout of the hotel, staff service attitude, swimming pool,
location - far from airport and Chewang centre, staff responds slowly, shower water is not hot enough.
We had a very good stay at the Passage. Arrival on the first day gave us a very good impression - the beautiful swimming pool, nice room (though it is bit small). We then started to enjoy the three day stay very much. Hotel location is bit of problem as it is far from airport and Chewang town but on the other hand it is a very quiet place to relax. Swimming pool is very clean and probably because of its location, not many guests stay in the hotel therefore the quietness is very enjoyable. Front desk staff is very nice and my daughter enjoyed play with her very much. Sorry for forgetting to ask her name as she is very helpful such as helping us sort out many things. Also the price paid for is quite good for its value. In summary it is definately the place that we will stay again and recommend to friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : better to make the booking for elephant ride etc as early as you can as it can be full when you want to make the booking.

Clean building, large LCD TV, amazing view, English speaking staff, comfortable bed, good price, free Internet
No hair dryer, far from main site (which can be pro or con), no free shuttle bus service from the airport
About 30 minutes from the airport, very quiet around after 6 pm. Recommend to rent a motorbike. 250-300 bahts / day. Hotel itself is very new, for the price like this, I believe it's a bargain. If you enjoy the feeling of 4 star, but have no enough budget, The Passage would be your choice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : there is a travel agent right in front of hotel, their service and price is quite well.

Beautiful views, multiple swimming pools
Our superior room was pretty standard and reminded us of a inner city hotel room - lacking character
No complimentary pick up or drop off service and they didn't tell us that until after they had picked us up. Where as all the other resorts we had stayed in offered such a service.
We stayed over NY's 09/10. The location is nice, very quiet and with some great ocean views. It is appropriate for families with small children. The beach is shallow and only good for swimming at high tide - watch out for sharp coral and stones.
The staff are friendly but not overly competent.
The location is definitely a resort, but the attention to detail and facilities make it feel more like a hotel.
Shopping Tip : If you are staying for a while bring your own bottled water - or else be prepared to spend 9-10 times the price in house.
