Excellent hotel with professional staff

This hotel is very professionally run in all departments..........I travel the world extensively due to my work and stay in many hotels, but this hotel always feels like coming home.
We visit Samui 5 or 6 times a year and always stay at this hotel now we have discovered it.
It does stand in an elevated position on the rocks but those who wish to visit the beach will be very pleased as the access is very convenient from next to the hotel's infinity pool.
We thoroughly recommend staying here.

We booked two nights at the Sarann in a deluxe room, when we arrived, they had no more deluxe rooms and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at no cost! The room was beautiful, spacious, huge comfortable bed, and a private jacuzzi room. The staff was nice and helpful, they had a seperate desk just to book day trips or motorbikes, and the view from the pool was great. Tucked away from the noise and hustle of Cheweng beach, it was a great location. Highly recommend

Is a lovely hotel but is a bit far away from the night life area.
The hotel staff provide a very good services especially Ann, I am here to express my sincere thanks to her and the driver during my stay.
The breakfast is only moderate. Do not expect too high on that.

Suggest to rent a motorbike to explore the whole island

The hotel is located about a 6 minute taxi ride from all the action. The rooms are very comfortable, great spa, nice fitness center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant wont be missed.
Restaurant Tip:
The "Cliff" is 5 minutes south. Great place to have lunch overlooking the ocean $$$

Sarann Hotel is a very good hotel, not only because the location is closed to the beautiful beach, but also the room is so pretty and have free Wifi, but the thing which attactive to me the most is the services over there, they helped us alot and always with smile. They make us feel very comfortable and more enjoy our trip

This is my first time that I stay here. I book Jacuzzi suite room. The room is very big and wide. The bathroom is very big but no door and it have big Jacuzzi for two people. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is far from the shopping place but the hotel has free mini bus send to Chaweng beach First time13:00 and the second 17:00 In addition to that we need to ride on the taxi about 20min. The swimming is not wide and big and is not very deep (1.50m) but when we swim, we will see the beautiful sea view

The wifi did not work in our rooms. The lighting was inadequate for reading or other close work. The hotel was located very near to a wonderful beach and several great restaurants. The wait staff in the restaurant was very attentive and always nearby in case we needed anything. The staff in the front office was very helpful for getting our excursion arranged.

The hotel complex is right on the beach, but we were in a back room, so there was a lot of noise from the street right behind us. Water pressure and temperature fluctuating constantly in the shower. Free WiFi advertised but never actually worked in the rooms. Really cheezy music playing in the restaurant (Kenny G - My Heart will go on, every 20 mins). In lobby and restaurant, very responsive service, but almost too much. It would have been more tasteful to give me space and wait until I ask for something.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very nice to just walk down the stairs of the hotel and out to the beach. There are plenty of nice places to hang out along the beach - drinks, massages, beach chairs and umbrellas available...

this hotel was great and away from all the shopping hustle the room was massive room (jacuzzi)and private , the great staff where very helpful and always with a great thai smile they will do anything to help including the guys in front of the hotel we did book this hotel for 3 nights and end up staying for 8 nights well done to the staff and management next time we are in koh sumui surann the only place to be

don,t take a taxi for 200 bah hire one of these small car for 700 bah a day we went every where and we did saved lots and no 200 bah for 1 km trip
