พนักงานต้อนรับไม่ค่อยจะยินดีรับแขกที่จองผ่านทางอินเตอร์เน็ตในช่วงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และช่วงวันหยุดยาว พนักงานพูดกันเองหน้าเคาร์เตอร์ว่าอันที่จริงแล้วในช่วงวันหยุดยาวจะไม่ให้จองผ่านทางอินเตอร์เน็ต แต่ทำอย่างไรได้ เราจองมาเรียบร้อยแล้ว พนักงานก็ต้องให้เข้าพัก เขาอยากจะขายห้องให้กับลูกค้าต่างชาติมากกว่า
