Set in the small city of Sukhothai, the hotel is a clean base from which to explore the extensive city ruins. Just next to the Ananada is the Sukhothai Sangkhalok Museum, with an extensive private collection of ceramics dating back to the Sukhothai period. The Old City, a World Heritage Site spread over 70 sqm and The Sukhothai Historical Park are the most popular attractions in the area. Other than these, there are various villages, museums and national parks in and around the city as well. If you like what you see, the hotel includes an antique furniture and ceramics shop. Set a little away from the sites, Ananda Museum Gallery Hotel lets you explore the historic city of Sukhothai without being surrounded by the crowds.

excellent service, quiet, clean, and comfort.

nothing nearby in a walking distance. no swimming pool.

This is my 1st time in Sukhothai. I've spent 2 nights at the hotel - although the hotel is not near the historic sites, but if you have transportation it is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfy and clean, with a really nice mixture on Thai and modern decoration. It is very affordable, and great value for money. The hotel staff are very helpful and have excellent service quality.

Nice layout and good position.

Restaurant could do with an uppgrade and have English speaking staff.

The hotel is situated in a quite area and has very nice features and a good atmosphere. The rooms are well appointed and we enjoyed our stay there. It was however a bit lonely because we came during the off-season period. The restaurant was okay but not great, the staff was friendly but could not speak English and that was a problem especially since the hotel caters for tourists. It is essential to have at least one good English speaking person not just someone who knows a few words. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to see the old city.
