old-ish hotel but still convenient

The Pailyn is looking a bit worn, but the rooms are still adequate and good value for the price. Service is efficient and the breakfast is adequate (good coffee). The hotel is situated not too far away from the old city with its ruins and museum, and is easy to find, being on the main road from the new town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try to include Wat Saphan Hin and the Saridphong ("Phra Ruang's Dam") in your itinerary, leaving them for the late afternoon or sunset hour.

very simple and worn thai hotel in sukhothai, just a couple km's from the historical park. the hotel itself just feels worn out. it's got an eerily green pool, a decent restaurant, and wi-fi in the lobby. the rooms are simple and clean, the beds are comfortable and there's a/c in the rooms. if you need a place to crash for a couple nights in sukhothai, this place isn't bad. i don't think i'd stay here for more than a night or two though.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel restaurant has an english menu and a wide variety of food.

theres only a few rooms with double beds so if you want one let them know early.
