Being my first time in Thailand and a little wary of my surroundings, I was at ease when I arrived at the hotel with the friendly atmosphere and the service the staff gave to me. I was also worried about the food but once again the variation was tremendous. I used both the buffet and the menu on occassions and the food was excellent. The hotel was located in a good central area and your staff guided me to where I wanted to go and for the transport to use. I used the local bus on several occasions to the Historic Park and to the shopping areas and the cost was negligable but again the service of the local people was excellent. I would definately come again to the Pailyn Hotel and would recommend this to any friend who would like to experience the cultral side of Thailand.

The service was excellent from all staff and the food was superb. I liked the way the food was presented and for the amount of options given. The room was very clean and the view I had from the window was superb.I also used the laundry facility and was pleased with the service given.

This was my first time in Thailand and to be honest, I cannot think of anything that I could say required improvement. I would like to say that if I had young children with me, then I would be doubtful if there were enough facilities to occupy them. But, Sukhothai is a historic and cultral area and probably not the place for young children anyway.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : From the hotel, experience the local bus to and from the Historic park and town. It is very cheap and the driver will prompt you when to alight from the bus. You will find the drivers very friendly and helpful.
