Modern clean rooms

This resort is brand new, extremely clean and very popular. Private tour groups seem to block book rooms. This is not a problem at all but it does mean rooms disappear fast! It is in a quiet location, only 2 mins walk through the fence at the bus station!!!! The stroll to town is pleasant along the river and only takes 10 mins max. Staff speak little English but are helpful and the language barrier is not an issue. Motorbikes can be rented. Sukothai is great but si satchnalai even better and well worth the baht bus journey. Just crawl back through the hole in the fence to the bus station to catch the bus! Would highly recommend.

Peaceful step during long jorney to south
Best location for bus station and downtown, noise-less, respectful and clean

A nice surprise, people don't speak english but actually you don't really need it.
Little houses, ensuites, confortable and clean.
100 m from the back of the bus station coming and going to chiang mai/ bkk, 500 m to downtown and the 5 places to eat/drink in sukhuthai. The best choice, 10 dollars a night.

nice hotel and freindly staff
next to the bus station, quiet area

the very close location to the bus station is great to arrive and depart. just take the opposite way of the street and you see it. he detached bungalows are nice and new. taff was very freindly and could speak some basic english. you can easily walk to the center in 10 minutes for eating. but new sukothai is not a place to stay lon time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
tip take a motorbike to drive to the historicl park.
