Amazing Pool, Good Value, Bad Internet
The pool is absolutely amazing and if you are smart you will go to the park super early (ie 7 or earlier) enjoy the non crowded and cool morning, and then lay by the pool all afternoon.

Good Value and Perfectly Adequate

while it will never be mistaken for the four seasons, pinpao works well as a good value and was ideal for our first experience in a thai guest house. your stay should include breakfast because the restaurants are a 10minute walk away.
the pool was a delight. very clean and located in a quiet area behind the guest house.
mae was very helpful with all of our questions and helped arrange transport back to the train station in phitsulak.
there is a 10 minute walk to the park. rent the bikes from or bike rental and you can pedal back to the guest house...they will pick up the bikes the next day.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Wi-Fi is not free. Walk across the street to a nice coffee house and use theirs for free.
