Quiet hideaway on a busy street close to all

when i arrived, the room i booked was taken so they upgraded me for the first night. the only difference i noticed between rooms is that the first room had a/c, which i didn't use, and the shower arrangement. the location is a short walk to the markets and an easy tuk-tuk ride to the historical ruins. the owners were so friendly that i felt like i was staying with cousins there are also some local characters who visit as if it's their local pub. i'm happy i stayed at the suhothai guest house.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go to the ruins in the morning as it gets hot and muggy in the afternoon. definitely rent a bike across the street from the park entrance.

Mike, the youngish Indian guy that checked me in was nice and spoke great English. Other than that, I was not too satisfied. Location is not that great. I could not get hot water to work. I agree with others that the rooms are presented online a lot better than they actually are. I feel like I paid for a lot more than I got. And do not eat breakfast at the guesthouse restaurant. It is way way over priced for what you get and not very tasty. Walk into town and eat at Pai restaurant. Only stay here if you have no other options, which was my situation.

Hotel is located in a quite location. Good steak house available near by. No parking failities. Lots of mosquitoes. Friendly staff and decent home cooked food. AC rooms are small and not comfortable. No room service and no soaps or changing towels. And there is no Garden to view, its a smalll gully with some trees. Very good wifi
